Small riverside area, locked toilets

Very good stop on hot days with children. Swimming pools next door for cooling off. There are not many spaces, but they let you park on the side. Highly recommended.

Please stop using the drinking-water tap to clean toilets and the toilet tap to collect clean water. You are causing cross-contamination, potentially spreading salmonellosis, hepatitis A and other diseases through misuse. If you do not know, ask other fellow travellers. Also, do not shower, wash your hair or wash dishes on the service platform or in public; it is unpleasant. You have your own bathroom. Thank you.

Recommended for an overnight stay. Everything is as described and it is good for spending the night. Unfortunately, the toilets are locked. During the day, the toilets in the adjacent restaurant may possibly be used.

Very good area. We stopped overnight halfway through our journey and really liked the surroundings: very quiet, with a playground if you have children and lots of nature.

Area with services and large grassy spaces, a riverside beach, café, calisthenics area, toilets, and more. Level and quiet. Very good!

Small but charming area. Next to the village’s riverside beach and a park. Facilities for filling and emptying water. Few bins, and those there are overflowing with people’s rubbish.

Overall, a very good parking area. If you travel with children or sociable dogs, the park is right in front and there is a bar terrace—actually, you could call it the motorhome terrace, because you step out of the vehicle and are on the bar terrace. The surroundings are very beautiful and well maintained, with courts, skating areas, and everything else.

A somewhat sloped parking area next to the indoor swimming pool. Ideal for families with children. There is a fairly new pump track and fitness equipment in the park next door. The stream flows very close by, and in summer there is apparently a great outdoor pool with many slides. The parking area is also a starting point for various hikes described on a board near the park. Well worth it!

The area is spacious, but when I tried to empty the black-water tank, the drain was blocked and almost overflowing. I left without being able to empty it.

Very good, small area with all services. Quiet night. We arrived and it was full, but parked at the edge of the pavement, opposite the spaces. A Civil Guard patrol passed and told us it was fine.

Excellent place, with a playground. You may hear some noise from vehicles on the main road or even a freight train, but it is only for one night. Thanks to the Toral del Vado municipality.

A pleasant and peaceful place with plenty of play opportunities for children. The five of us swam and showered at the indoor pool; friendly staff and very cheap. Beautiful river with a beach. Easily accessible for large motorhomes. Recommended!

An overnight stop that pleasantly surprised us. Very quiet area which, although close to the motorway, has barely any traffic noise. Green spaces around it and places to visit. Stops like this are worth thanking the municipalities for creating.

We spent the night here. The place is really lovely, although if you are very sensitive to noise you can hear cars on the road. If you have a pet, it is completely forbidden to enter the park, even with the pet on a leash. We understand, but it is a shame. Thanks to the municipality.

Not understanding review below, we stayed the night in question. it was perfect. We stayed 2 nights, the swimming pools are closed and restaurant, enjoyed wild swimming in the river. Lovely walks in the countryside. Very relaxing and enjoyed being off the tourist route. Thank you to the municipality who patrol and offer this fantastic park up.

Spectacular area with services. Located beside a river with a park, areas for scooters and bicycles, and a riverside path. In summer there are municipal swimming pools next door with slides and water jets, plus bars nearby. I loved it, and so did my kids. We loved it.

Beautiful riverside stopover area. In front of a very nice water park, unfortunately still closed on June 26—a real shame.

Noise from the pool next door. Lots of children. Avoid it if you want peace and quiet.

Today there are only two motorhomes here. The fires of recent days have kept people away, but there are no longer any traces of the fire and it is wonderful here. The pools are fantastic, with slides (€7 for 2 adults and 2 children). There are few spaces, but today both the parking area and pools are empty. Do not follow the GPS to get here: take the petrol-station exit, then follow the signs for motorhomes.

One of the best areas we have visited, full of games, a river, and a hike to a superb waterfall where you can swim. Municipal pool with inexpensive slides, but because of the heat we could not leave the dog in the vehicle. Restaurant next door with excellent 30x40 cm pizzas for €13. Very pleasant. Excellent welcome from the locals; thank you to the municipality for this warm welcome.

Area located within a complex containing the swimming pool, riverside beach and a park, with a bar next door. We recommend the route to Salto del Pego, 2.5 km from the area. In the village, all the bars serve tapas. The facilities work perfectly.

Area opposite the car park with a slight slope. A road runs nearby. Be careful when reversing into the service area; the black-water drain has poor visibility!

Area with few spaces and filling and emptying facilities in a large park with all kinds of activities, including a swimming river, sports area and terraces. Very friendly people told us that, with the spaces occupied, we could stay in an adjacent parking area 150 metres away in the same park, under the trees and very peaceful. Thank you.

Very good, a great place with children and a wonderfully refreshing river. We slept better in the neighbouring car park under the trees.

Green area, river suitable for swimming, children’s area, snack bar, pools open all summer from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Exclusive, level spaces for motorhomes, with filling and emptying facilities and good water pressure. The worst part is users who are not in motorhomes misusing the taps to wash their hair and shower children with gel and shampoo.
