105 Do Gazárky, 908 41, Šaštín-Stráže
Been here?
A large parking area near several lakes, with level ground, shaded spaces and room for vehicles of all sizes. It is marked as paid, but parking is usually free, and forest walks are nearby. The area can be busy, with young people playing music on Friday evenings until midnight. Car racing and drifting have also caused severe nighttime noise, sometimes until almost 4 in the morning.

Large parking area by the reservoir. Free. In the evening, on Friday, some young people listened to music in their cars, but it was quiet by midnight. Fine for one night for us.Translating
Beautiful place right in front of a little lake. Lots of walks in the forest, too. But if you want to get any sleep, go somewhere else. The youth of the town come to race their cars and practice drifting. They were here last night until almost 4 in the morning, and it was a Tuesday in November!
Just an emergency place to spend the night. Very busy on weekends and during holiday periods, for those who like that. We drove on.Translating
Currently just a parking area where overnight stays are possible; a motorhome pitch is planned. Parking is fine, with many options for refreshments in the season and plenty of activities nearby, such as mushrooms, cycling trips, the basilica, and so on.Translating
