Great campsite, quiet location, showers and toilets always clean. Reception is always friendly and helpful. One star deducted for access; the campsite should push for a footpath along the road and at least a crossing aid so people can safely get to Prora.
The campsite is okay; the sanitation facilities are clean and the water is hot.
Noisy road from 5:30 a.m. and a train right beside the site. Pitches with concrete slabs or dead grass. Showers in a container with no place to put clothes, and no separate room for brushing your teeth. The washing-up area in the new sanitary building is so narrow that two people can hardly stand next to each other. The beach is about 30 minutes away, which is not great either. Yes, reception was friendly, but that was about it.
We paid about €50 for a motorhome and two people including electricity. Bus stop directly at the site. Sanitary facilities are okay. Very good restaurant. The beach and Binz are quickly reachable by bike. Staff very friendly and everything always extremely clean. Wi-Fi works very well. We felt very comfortable.
Beautiful motorhome site, also suitable for large motorhomes. Good value for money. The reception team is extremely friendly and the welcome was excellent. The briefing was short, clear and informative. Bread service directly on site—everything needed for a pleasant stay. Short-notice reservations possible by email. Public transport card included.
See previous reviewer. Without a bicycle, only if you are very fit on foot. One substantial sanitary building, the second is a very cramped container. Good restaurant at a reasonable price. One star deducted for the price and the container.
Spacious, beautiful motorhome site with all facilities. You can rent a bicycle for €10 or a car for €59. We travel with a dog and forgot our dog trailer. The walk to the beach is too far for her, which is unfortunate, so we can only take her into the forest. The container building for showers is inconvenient and has little space. A bicycle is necessary for getting around.
Everything you could wish for. Large, well-designed motorhome site with bread service, restaurant and shower buildings. Electricity, waste disposal and fresh water included. The beach at Prora is 10 minutes by bike and Binz 20 minutes. We paid €102 for two nights for two people, electricity and visitor tax. Pure luxury.
Large, well-maintained motorhome site with spacious, separated pitches. Sanitary facilities perfectly fine. Restaurant next door. Price for motorhome and two people: - €36 per night; - tourist tax €3.40 per person per day; - electricity €5 per day. This is in high season. Cheaper in low season; see the website. With the Binzer Bucht Card, you can take the bus, which stops at the motorhome site, free of charge to Binz and Prora.
We stopped here to fill and empty our tanks. €5.50. Very friendly welcome and the site looked very good and clean. The road could be heard but it was okay. We decided to stay here for a few days next year.
Directly beside the main road and railway, but nevertheless very quiet. The site has waste disposal, fresh water points distributed around the site and electricity. Showers and toilets were very clean. Prora and Binz are quickly reachable by bike. With the Binzer Bucht Card, you can take the bus to Binz free of charge; it stops directly at the site.
Very friendly lady at reception, happy to give tips about the area and using the visitor card. 24/7 access via machine. Concrete-paved and grassy pitches, almost all with electricity; many fresh-water points; large waste-disposal area; clean, heated sanitary facilities in the main building; dogs welcome; nice playgrounds. Unfortunately, there are no footpaths along the road to Prora, but there is a free bus every half hour.
Very nice, quiet site. We could check in and out at the machine. The sanitary facilities in the main building were open. We paid €46.60 for a size M pitch (€15), electricity (€5), two adults (€15 each) and visitor tax (€13.60), including showers and fresh water. We would happily return.
We stayed for two nights. The main road is right next to the site, but a barrier makes it barely audible. The sanitary facilities are clean and warm. Despite freezing temperatures, we could empty everything and also drink fresh water. The visitor-tax card can be used for the bus, with a stop directly at the site. We had a lovely time.
We visited in May 2025. This place is close to the Prora complex, so it was fairly full. That does not change how well equipped it was—clean showers and toilets. We had three large dogs with us and there were no problems. The lady even showed us where the dog beach was. The campsite also had a dog shower and beautiful woods nearby for walks. Great for us.
Very nice site, excellent waste disposal. With the guest card you can use the buses and toilets. The staff is very friendly. You can also rent a car there to explore the island. The restaurant is currently being renovated. We will gladly return.
The site is easy to use thanks to the machine. The reception area is being completely redesigned and will be made more attractive, including the restaurant. We were not charged the dog tax; visitor cards for the arrival and departure days were printed. Very camper-friendly. Staff highly competent and friendly. We had nothing to complain about.
The site is clean and the staff very friendly. We felt comfortable. There is currently no restaurant; everything was demolished and is being rebuilt for the coming season. The visitor tax is outrageous, including for dogs, especially since it is charged by calendar day rather than by overnight stay.
The site was excellent; we stayed for five nights. Nothing is missing: clean toilets and showers. The restaurant right at the site is also highly recommended. Warm regards to our Anne, who always looked after us so kindly.
We actually wanted to stay here for two days, but the really excessive visitor tax per person and dog is very steep. The operator cannot do anything about it, but something should be changed quickly. Even though public transport can be used for free, most motorhome and van drivers bring their bicycles, and dogs are offered nothing except prohibitions.
We stayed here from September 19 to 21, 2025. A great site with well-maintained sanitary facilities. The Holla die Waldfee restaurant is on site. On Friday there were all-you-can-eat spare ribs; the first serving was plentiful. Three bus lines can take you free of charge to Binz, which is great. Stops are near the site. We will return.
The pitch is okay, with nice plots. We paid €82.40 for two nights in a motorhome for two people, including electricity, showers and disposal. So €31 per day for the pitch is okay, but €20.40 in visitor tax for three days for two nights, even though I visited the place for two days, is unacceptable—a real rip-off.
Excellent motorhome site with everything you need and very friendly staff. Great location near Binz, Prora and the treetop walk. There is a very good restaurant on site. Dogs are welcome everywhere, but remember that they need a muzzle on buses and trains.
We stayed here for two nights. Everything is available. Unfortunately, electricity cannot be saved. The visitor tax is a matter for the municipality and has nothing to do with the operator. You should simply make use of it.
Everything seems fine, but the price is not appropriate for what is offered, especially considering the visitor tax.
A nice site overall; each pitch is separated. A pitch on the south side is relatively quiet regarding road and railway noise. Wi-Fi could be better, but it works. Shower and toilet containers are okay, somewhat cramped, but usable. Bread service without pre-ordering is also fine. The downside is the high visitor tax, which is charged for every day.
We stayed for two nights at a very well-run and well-maintained motorhome site where essentially nothing is missing. Trips need to be planned by bus or bicycle; we easily cycled to the beach in Binz. Reception and other staff are very friendly. Bread service and a restaurant are available, although the restaurant was closed during our stay due to staff shortages.
We stayed for three nights. We especially liked that children up to 15 pay nothing. The site is centrally located for visiting Prora, and the bus stops right outside, perfect for trips to Sassnitz or Binz. Clean sanitary facilities; the bread was okay too. We did not visit the restaurant because it was closed on its day off during our stay.
In fact a nice place, except of dog shits (5pcs) on the spot.
