We politely asked whether we could just empty our chemical toilet. The unfriendly answer was simply: service costs €10. We did not actually need fresh water, but there was no other option. We paid the overpriced €10 and only afterward discovered that there is just one hose for both fresh water and the toilet. That is unacceptable at a campsite.✦Translating

Friendly service. Based on previous reviews, our expectations were higher. The shower and toilet facilities need updating. The hot-water pressure is very weak when both showers are in use. There is a washing machine; using the tumble dryer was not possible because the owner was using it. We also did not let the children swim in the nearby stream, as it did not look clean.✦Translating

Lovely kept, beautiful place. If you travel with children they will love it here. Very quiet and peaceful. You can find trampolines, play areas and animals like bunnies from here. 5/5 if there was better care of the carbage that now smelled and had hundred of flies in common areas.

A lush, quiet and spotless campsite close to Riga city center. The sinks and showers are clean and hot water is available. The kitchen also has hot water, a stove, kettle and toaster. There are play areas for children. I was very comfortable here with my dog; a lovely campsite.✦Translating

There is an outdoor shower, or in our case a winter shower because it was so cold. Normally it would not be accessible at this time of year. Large playground for children, with swings, a trampoline and table football. Well-prepared information board, for example with local delivery services. Lovingly arranged site. We lacked nothing.✦Translating

It is nice here. At the moment the site is somewhat in the preseason. Some areas are still closed and the grass is being replanted. Otherwise, everything you need is available. By bicycle it is about 20 kilometers to Riga, partly adventurous.✦Translating

Absolute recommendation! A very special little place, truly quiet and self-sufficient, not far from Riga. Everything we needed was there: toilet, two showers, washing-up area, gray water, fresh water and electricity. Rabbits and chickens roam the property freely, so be careful when driving in. €25 for two people and a dog with a van. Very lovely little cabins by the lake, which probably need to be booked in advance.✦Translating

Great with kids! Just remember to call ahead since the large playground is sometimes unavailable (booked for kids parties). Overall such a cute little place with everything you need. It's on the small side but with many possible activities and the showers have an extra space for hanging clothes etc so they would stay dry.

Excellent campsite, peaceful in the greenery, with a pond for swimming and good facilities. Riga is an hour away by bus, plus a three-kilometer walk.✦Translating
