super place. also free with a disabled blue badge
Excellent place to stop. 9 MH spaces. 10m walk to centre or can go via the leisure area and walk along the river.
Very good clean safe £35 for 72 hours easy walk into town all shops and restaurants easy reach would recommend check before coming as they sometimes use the Carpark for events
Spent last night here close to centre of town. It’s £11.60 from 4 pm to 8 am. Enjoyed a meal in town last night. A very quiet night with another 3 vans. Please note - the toilets in the Leisure Centre are closed for refurbishment hence only 4 stars. No parking for Motorhomes from 7th to 27th October this year because of the MOP Fair. Stratford on Avon is to be congratulated for this provision.
Great park up. Arrived at 3pm was full but day visitors started leaving and spaces became three. Nearly full Sunday evening quiet nights sleep. We used the app £12 for 4pm - 8am. Great for seeing the town as 5 minute walk into the centre.
Great park up,quiet overnight, 72 hours max. Ideal for exploring Stratford. 5 minute walk to the canal basin for river trips etc.
Great location. The sign says one price, but the machine says another, and then the app says another! We paid for 3 hours at the machine as slightly cheaper. We arrived at 10am on a Wednesday and there was about 7 campers already here (prob from overnight).
£11 for the night, but Stratford racecourse is only £20 with toilets, showers, electric hookup and it's quieter as boy racers practice handbrake turns here at 1am. if I had planned my trip a bit better I would have booked the racecourse campsite.
£11 for overnight parking from 4pm-8pm, option to extend for additional cost up to 72hours. 9 Bays specifically for motorhomes, quite a few others there so felt secure. Good location in middle of town and canals. Public toilets are a bit of a walk though which is only downside.
Very good place for motorhomes, something that is difficult to find in England. It costs £11 from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following morning. From 8 a.m., you pay hourly, with a maximum cost of £22 for 24 hours. You can stay for up to 72 hours for £33. Although it is also a lorry park, motorhomes have nine wide, dedicated spaces reserved for them. A very good, quiet night without noise.
Large carpark extremely handy for the sights, next to the nature reserve and the river. Giant spots make it very easy to manoeuvre and park up. A bit pricey at £22 overnight with no services, but it is a tourist hotspot - busy with campers even in mid-January though otherwise empty at night so we parked in a coach space no problem (doubt that would escape a ticket in high season though).
Very quiet night. Able to walk to all the sights. Great stop over
Big car park, 10 minutes walk to Stratford centre. No facilities though, very quiet after 10pm.
Great park up for 9 motorhomes. Massive bays for even the largest units. Can stay 72hrs max. Disabled badge holders it's free otherwise it's 11 per day/night. It is very popular and people were waiting for spaces. In car park of lesuire centre where there are toilets and showers If needed. Website for lesuire center offering free day pass which I used for a swim and shower. 5 min walk to town
Spent a quiet weekend here. Some vehicle movements, coaches etc, but no problem. Close to river and town centre 10 min walk. Huge parking area but make sure that you use the dedicated motorhome pay machine behind the bays. No facilities which is a huge shame.
Fantastic location - a little expensive but perfect location . Entertainment provided through the evening by locals doing doughnuts in their vehicles .
£33 for 72 hours. 9 large spaces, unfortunately no services at all. But at the marina car park you can dispose of waste and fill up with water for £2. It is only a 5-minute walk to the centre. At the leisure centre, you can combine a shower with a swimming-pool visit; admission is £4.80. There are numerous toilets in town.
Great spot, unfortunately at 10.30 in the morning, 3 of the motorhome only spaces were taken by vehicles that were not camper vans or motorhomes, were not height restricted and should have been parked in the normal car park area. Selfish individuals who think the rules don't apply to them.
Great little park up, stayed over a Saturday night, no issues had a great nights sleep, yes it’s a little pricey but it’s safe and quit and with walking distance of the high street.
Crazy expensive. £22 for 24h. If you want to use showers at leisure center then another £4.60 per person. This is also a spot for the local youths. Guess they get away with not having to pay for parking by making sure they keep there engine running and doing "donuts" and "burn outs" for hours. 4 other campers left in the middle of the night due to this. Day visit and then go somewhere quieter.
I arrived at night and found a notice saying that a circus was coming, so it was impossible to use the site. Such a large area, yet they couldn't designate 10 spaces for campers. The council did not designate another place for campers, not even nearby. This is how campers are treated in Stratford-upon-Avon. Shame. Such cheap entertainment for the masses is considered more important than the good reputation of the town authorities. I bought a ticket, and we'll see.
