Eichhölzli Viewpoint above Lake Constance, offering a fine view over the lake and villages, best for a coffee or lunch stop rather than an overnight. Motorhomes up to 9m can park like cars, up to 12 hours, for free. The tarmac lot sits right on a busy main road used by traffic and boy racers day and night, so it's noisy, sloping, tight, and often crowded with parked cars. Several travellers moved on rather than stay the night; late-night youths were also reported.

Very narrow, right next to the road and full of young people even after midnight. We drove on. Plus point for the view.
I don't think it is suitable for sleeping because of the road noise, as other fellow travelers have said, but in this country it is appreciated to have a place to park for free for a while, for example to eat and enjoy the view of the lake and the little villages.
Very beautiful place for breakfast and relaxing with a magnificent view. Much too noisy as a place to sleep, since the adjacent road is used as a racetrack.
Far too noisy for spending the night!
