Avenue de Padron, 85330, Noirmoutier-en-l'Île
Been here?
Large paid Camping-Car Park area (€17 per 24 hours), with spacious pitches and 6A electricity. Close to village shops and cycle paths; 40 minutes' walk to beach. Full sun with no shade or trees. Gets crowded and tight; avoid truck side for quieter nights.

Even though the sign and the Camping-Car Park app say spaces are available, we could not access the site because the spaces were reserved. Since reservations were introduced at Camping-Car Park sites, things have become complicated.Translating
Very large site and spacious pitches, and today we were very warmly welcomed by Bruno, the ambassador ???Translating
Big aire near to lovely small town . Great cycling and a more relaxed feel than other resorts and islands in the area . Very big tip out . Although busy not noisy and relaxing as few children Translating
One star: close to the town center, otherwise too far from the beaches, tightly packed, full sun, no hedges, virtually no trees unlike in the photo. Camping-Car Park keeps increasing its prices abusively. My advice is to look elsewhere, where we are better welcomed and accepted; here it is only about profit.Translating
We were warmly welcomed by the extremely kind Camping-Car Park ambassadors. As for the site itself, it is a bit like sardines in a tin, but let's not be difficult: it is close to town. I approve.Translating
Good site, close to the town center, large pitches, no power cuts. I recommend it.Translating
No electrical problems, really well located for visiting the north of the island, but avoid parking on the side by the car park during the week unless you want to leave early.Translating
We spent three quiet nights here. Convenient, close to the town center and cycle paths. Avoid parking on the side by the large car park, where trucks are noisy in the morning.Translating
Very convenient site for visiting the north of the island. All services, clean and quiet, although it was very windy during our stay. Close to the village center, with a castle to visit. Super U nearby. Great.Translating
Pleasant site with shops within walking distance. Some maple trees planted along the cycle path badly need watering. Thank you to the town for welcoming us.Translating
It is surprising that motorhome travelers still use this car park. It is noisy, there are unpleasant smells and repeated power cuts. Not to mention the noise from cars and road traffic early in the morning. A few years ago, the price was fair, around €10, but since the municipality handed management to Camping-Car Park, the price has become exorbitant: over €17.Translating
The only possible site for visiting the village of Noirmoutier. €17 for 24 hours; you need a Camping-Car Park card, which can be purchased on site from the machine. Beautiful, well-equipped site close to the town center. The beach is 40 minutes on foot. Bring bicycles; as throughout the island, cycling is very convenient, as it is flat and well developed.Translating
Clean Camping-Car Park site, very well located close to the town center, with direct access to the cycle path for exploring the island. Weekly market on Fridays and Sundays. Playground and skate park about 1 km away. Pass'Etapes card top-up machine on site.Translating
During the school holiday period, this site is only half full. Many people have realized that the sites at La Guérinière or L'Épine, which are cheaper and have no power cuts, are much better, with more space and dividing hedges. At this time of year, many campsites also welcome us, some at very reasonable prices. Choose wisely.Translating
Ideal pitch for enjoying the island and its picturesque landscapes. Attractive price, real comfort, and a lovely place to park without too much disturbance at this time of year. We recommend it for a weekend stop outside the school holidays.Translating
The site is OK for exploring the surrounding area. We had no technical problems at all. Everything nearby is within walking distance. You can go cycling nicely with bicycles.Translating
Well located for visiting the island, with many cycle paths. Perhaps a little far from the beach without a bicycle.Translating
Great, the pitch is very clearly marked and large enough to eat outside. Close to all shops; highly recommended.Translating
Very well-located site close to the center, with cycle paths nearby. L'Herbaudière is accessible by bicycle. Flat pitches of a decent size. Services work. Recommended for visiting the north of the island.Translating
The site is still just as pleasant. Close to the center. It is more open now that the large trees have been cut down.Translating
We have just spent four nights here because there are hardly any other options in Noirmoutier. Choose the row facing the marsh, which has a more pleasant view. But with nearly 150 pitches, isn't it too crowded, since they are so cramped? In summer it must be unbearable, with high density and no shade. A little expensive out of season. The busiest site in Pays de la Loire: €400,000 turnover in 2025, of which €180,000–€200,000 went to the municipality. Good business for Camping-Car Park!Translating
Large motorhome site with somewhat restricted pitches, but they are clean and well laid out on gravel. Its immense advantage is its exceptional location: right in the heart of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, so everything can be done on foot, including enjoying the shops, port and atmosphere. The beach is easily accessible by bicycle. A privileged location that makes all the difference.Translating
Camping-Car Park still has not solved the electricity problem at this site; regular power cuts are still happening. As two years ago, the area where the bins are kept is extremely dirty. We are willing to pay, but it is supposed to be for a service, and that is not the case here.Translating
Repeated power cuts, including one lasting through the night. The reason given is overconsumption; I would say the network was underestimated. It seems to be a recurring problem. Unacceptable. On top of that, there was no water either! The old waste-disposal area is in a HORRIBLE state. How can anyone leave a place in this condition? The ambassador did everything possible. Overall, this does not enhance the image of Camping-Car Park.Translating
The electricity keeps cutting out; it is unbearable and especially not very good for our appliances. This so-called load shedding mainly shows an inability to manage 142 motorhomes. We eventually unplugged, but still paid €15.Translating
Shame about this otherwise pleasant site. The constant power cuts in winter, which also cause the water to be cut off, make us want to leave and go elsewhere, where we pay but actually get a service.Translating
Unacceptable! Power cuts all day long, despite the high price we pay. It is a scam. Camping-Car Park will be paying for the gas bottles!Translating
A disaster here at the moment. We come because there is supposed to be electricity, but since last night the power has been out all night and more or less every day. They tell us it is overconsumption; I say no. We all have a 6A circuit breaker at our hookup, so consumption cannot exceed 6A. The problem originates with an undersized power supply.Translating
Shameful! No electricity for almost 24 hours. The barrier was raised all night, so the site was unsecured. There is not even a place to dispose of household rubbish. Why pay €15 per night? Of course, no response from Camping-Car Park, which only collects the money.Translating
We left the site before 24 hours instead of staying three days. Yesterday, 27 December, around 5 p.m.: load shedding, then no electricity. Inexplicable: 142 spaces and constant power cuts. To top it all, this morning it was not even possible to fill up with fresh water. We ended up paying €14.82 just to park without any services. This is unacceptable—daylight robbery.Translating
Simply shameful to have to pay for electricity and then have it cut off on arrival. No electricity all evening and throughout the whole site. To accommodate 142 vehicles without being able to provide the service is a disgrace.Translating
The location is wonderful, close to the center. When it is full, it would be too cramped for us, but at this time of year it was no problem. A lovely walking route with the dogs starts directly at the site. The barrier did not work when we left, but customer service was quickly reachable through the app, WhatsApp and phone, and opened it for us.Translating
