Quiet parking, morning bells

This is a quiet parking area in front of a college, useful in the evening or on weekends. It is easier to park after 8 p.m., but fills around 8:30 am. Weekends are apparently quieter after Saturday noon, and nights have no traffic; the abbey tower may ring in the morning.
