Quiet forest area, no sanitary facilities

Really great! For a full month of July, it is barely half full. Very clean and very, very quiet. A cycle path is right next door. There is a freely accessible pétanque court, a children's playground, and household recycling bins at the entrance. And all this barely 30 minutes from Mimizan!

Quiet and well-organized area. Plenty of shade. A short walk from a small village with two bars and a church. Nothing more.

Very good area in hot weather, currently with a cycle path next door leading to Aureilhan and Mimizan. Well located for doing the local Terra Aventura trails.

Great dog walking from the site.

Spacious and very quiet area beside the greenway and forest. A grocery shop is within walking distance. There are indeed no lights, but I preferred it that way. Overnight stay in February 2026.

We spent a quiet night. Some lighting at the site would not be a luxury, and the entrance to the area is narrow. Otherwise, very restful.

This was a lovely stop over. No toilets or showers but everything else. We didn’t see any bins but was ok with that. Lots of lovely walks in the area and very quite. Quite a few vans staying as well. We didn’t use the wifi as have starlink so can’t comment on that. Take enough supplies to be self sufficient as we didn’t see any amenities in the immediate area.

Nice, quiet place! Waste disposal is hidden behind the playground. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi does not work here either!

I can only agree with the others: very good. Good as a stopover and for taking a few bike rides, to Mimizan for example.

Very pleasant shaded area, close to the cycle path, an outdoor sports area with pétanque, tennis, football and archery, the forest, and five minutes from the small town. Really enjoyable.

Great surroundings, right in the forest, clean parking area, with electricity, water and wastewater facilities. Gladly again.

Magnificent! Beautiful shaded pitches and everything needed for a proper service stop. And the silence! Wonderful! Not even the sound of a car in the distance. A true paradise to recharge before getting back on the road.

Extremely quiet area, very green and with lots of shade. All services are available and included in the fee. The pitches are well spaced. Recommended for spending time in the cool and in peace.

Set within a quiet area adjacent to an old railway line, now a cycling path. 40 mins cycle into Mimizan central and the lake and another 20 to the beach. Water, waste and power on site. Does what it says on the tin..

Very good. Quite intimate, just how I like it. Quiet, with only the sound of birds; I don't know what it is like on weekends. Perfect with two dogs. Electricity at every pitch, and drinking water, black-water and gray-water disposal at the entrance. I very rarely pay to park, but I will come back here.

Very good, with shade or sun, and walks around. Great with dogs. 4G works well. Small market on Saturday morning. Pitches are fairly wide.

We spent a quiet night. Great surroundings for dogs, with a lovely playground behind the parking area. Electricity, water and wastewater all worked.

Quiet area with easy access. A magnificent cycle path right next door leads to the ocean. Hiking trails, a pond and a lake are nearby. All services work properly. We will gladly return.

In winter, maintenance is lacking. The stabilized pitch is only wide enough, and you walk through mud. I think it must be better in summer. Also, there is no rubbish container on site, so we took our waste with us.

Quiet place. Beautiful village with very nice cycle paths. The area is very good but lacks lighting, which is why I gave it only four stars.

Very good area, everything works, very quiet. In the village there is an open bakery and a Vival grocery shop with very kind owners. Lovely walks by bike or on foot through the woods to the village. A place to remember.

A very pleasant little area, the kind we would like to see everywhere. Well-defined and spacious pitches on stabilized ground. Shade or sun, your choice. Note that the recycling area is well hidden, 200 meters away. Too bad about the price: it is a little expensive for late September, probably explaining the low number of visitors.

Camping-Car Park site. An access card costing 5 euros can be purchased at the entrance terminal. Three pitches are actually double pitches, but they are not marked as such, which could cause problems when full. Waste disposal is outside the site and not described. Very clean and quiet.
