Free service area, awkward water filling

A great place to sleep, but four stars because loud behavior by some youths disturbed the silence at night. The police station is nearby, so they could keep an eye on the place from time to time. Free electricity and full service, although, as someone else already wrote, you have to press the button repeatedly to fill with fresh water. Nice playground for children.

Perfect for filling with water and emptying the grey water and cassette. You do need to allow a little time to fill the water tank, pressing the button every 30 seconds. That gives the children time to play in the park right next door.

We only wanted to refill our water. It takes a very, very long time because you constantly have to press the button again with a great deal of effort. Nevertheless, thank you for the free supply!

Free parking with all services, ideally located for visiting the city. Washing machines are available a few meters from the parking area. Thank you to the municipality for this welcome.

Thank you for this service. Everything worked, and the night was reasonably quiet. A few youths played and chatted until around 11 p.m.

Pros: free grey-water disposal, fresh-water filling and cassette cleaning. Full service. Free electricity too! Cons: the place is permanently occupied by several local families' campervans, which they use as homes. It does not really encourage staying overnight, but the service facilities can be used.

Five stars for all the free services. Quite remarkable! We did not stay overnight; there was no space anyway. The place is in demand. Indeed, you have to press the round button at the top left; it is touch-sensitive and does not press down.

It's a busy car park until around 9pm but we had a very quiet night after that. yes there are youths chatting and playing music but they are no trouble. we felt safe to leave our van and take a walk into the lovely town. thank you to the town for providing a free facility such as this.

Visited December 2025. Electricity hooks not working. People came at night and started to play loud music, it was very annoying. Two stars because you can fill with fresh water, empty toilet and grey water - all for free. And you also have washing and drying machines.

We can only agree and thank the municipality for this great place. Incidentally, a brewery restaurant is a short distance away, where you can eat excellently and drink delicious beer, with very friendly service.

Was busy when we arrived with lots of cars, but service point was accessible and in full working order. Revolution laundry machine is just opposite the service point.

Great free place. Quite at night. Cassette wash water by push button. Fresh water by touching the flat button, runs for 30 seconds. Laundromat on site, 18kg washer stopped halfway through the cycle. Called the number for help, they were not interested. Dryer is ok but takes a long time.

We had a calm and good night here. Car-driving youths met nearby from 8 to 10 p.m., but there was no loud music and they did not drive around. The police drove by a couple of times during the evening. There is water, free electricity, and you can empty the toilet. Everything is free. Thank you to the municipality.

Nice that the place is free and has all facilities, including electricity. But when we were there, there were also many youths hanging around, repeatedly driving around in their cars or leaving their motorcycles idling for a long time. The town has a pleasant square.

You can empty the wastewater and toilet, but the drinking water barely flows! It takes a long time to fill a portable canister, but it is not suitable for filling the tank in your vehicle. Otherwise, as others wrote, electricity and parking are free, and laundry is available for a fee. Thanks to the town for this parking area!

We used it only as a service point. The water for rinsing the toilet did not work, so we had to use a hose from the other side of the kiosk. It is a shame that someone was camping with a caravan at the service point—allegedly there was no space elsewhere—so we could not position ourselves properly to empty the grey water.

Great place. The police regularly drive around. All facilities are free, unbelievably. Thanks to the municipality. There is a playground next door and a sports park, so people also park temporarily. The village itself is fairly deserted.

Free parking area including electricity at the edge of a car park. The city center can be reached in a few minutes. Waste disposal facilities are in perfect condition. Washing machine directly on site.

As in the previous comments, I confirm. Parking reserved for four motorhomes with all services free, including electricity. There are washing machines and dryers. There is some activity because there is a park and bars and restaurants. Thanks to the municipality for its hospitality.

Pretty good place with a lot of spaces, but water is an essential service that does not work.

Unfortunately, we could not stay. A likely permanent resident with a motorhome demonstratively blocked the last motorhome space with his car. Shortly afterward, when a Czech visitor asked him to make room, he moved it. Obviously, tourists from Germany are not welcome to this man. Unfortunately, the water does not work either.

Free water, toilet, and electricity. Only the drinking water did not work very well. We spent a peaceful night here. The youngsters mentioned in the other reviews kept very quiet.

we spent the one night here and it was quiet, the young ones left early and left a bit of rubbish, it's great that the community do this for free and that you can stay here for 3 days. it's not far from town and restaurants well worth a stopover

The place is great, with everything we need.

Excellent service: parking, electricity, clean water, black- and grey-water disposal, all free. There are also washing machines. You couldn’t ask for more.

We were unsure whether to stay overnight after reading the reviews. We stayed, planning to leave if we were disturbed. Groups of young people do gather in the car park to chat, but after 10 p.m. nobody was around, partly because the police drove through the car park. Thanks to the municipality for providing water, disposal, and electricity for free!

Excellent water and waste services; the pitches are nicely large and there were plenty available. Thanks to the city. We did not stay because of the latest comments. It’s a shame—the site has potential, and the sports park is also very nice.

As written here, hats off to what the city does for both locals and travellers. Electricity is completely free, there is plenty of space for four cars or caravans, and electricity, water, and a disposal point are all completely FREE! The problem is parking. Cars were parked in the spaces for caravans. There is noise from people leaving for sports at 7 a.m., so you will not sleep very well.

Many thanks to the municipality for providing all these services free of charge: grey- and black-water disposal, water refilling, and electricity. However, we had to leave suddenly because many young people came and parked in front of the vans with music blasting.
