Rest area with three camper spaces at La Chinoise, next to a busy four-lane expressway. The pump and cassette-disposal station have been out of service for many months; only gray-water dumping works. Sanitary facilities are closed. Expect traffic noise until late evening from the adjacent carpool area.

Very decent and quiet rest area for one night. Toilets closed.
Out of service today.
Useful only for grey water. However, some people dumped the contents of their toilet cassette into the grey-water drain. Simply shameful. No wonder such practices discourage municipalities from maintaining these free services!
Service point out of order for many months. In addition, the cassette dump overflows. No rubbish bin—in short, a place to avoid. Only grey-water emptying is possible.
Neither the place nor the toilet disposal is inviting. The drain is filled to the top. We only emptied our grey water.
We came on 18/08/2025 at 2 p.m. There is an out-of-order sign on the service point. We had to find another alternative.
Great for emptying tanks for free; we used our grey water to clean the cassette and it was perfect. What more could you ask for?
Avoid. No water for years, toilet emptying is completely unhygienic, and my husband tied a string to keep the door shut. It is more of a very noisy carpool area next to the dual carriageway.
Not quiet! Cars coming and going until at least midnight. Indeed, it is a carpool area before being a motorhome area.

I spent last night at this site; it is very accessible and quiet. However, the service area does not work. It is suitable for one night. In the morning, many cars come to park for carpooling.

Carpool area, so noisy very early in the morning. Good for emptying grey and black water, but there is no possibility of filling the fresh-water tank or rinsing the toilet cassette. No rubbish bins either, despite the picnic tables. Too bad…
26.3.24 water is out of order but could empty toilet using our own water.
There is no drinking water.
