Quiet lay-by, narrow access

Nice quiet night. It’s a bit sloping, but it was very quiet. No one bothered us! ✦Translating

Lovely quiet spot by a stream. Stayed one night and there was just one other van there. Nice area for walks. A few cars and runners passing in the morning but not a busy road at all. We thought it was easy to find, even in the dark!✦Translating

Great spot despite a very rainy evening! The ground was flat with very little mud. We were the only vehicle. No traffic at night, just a few cars in the morning. The little stream allowed us to fill up with water using our filter bottle! Highly recommended!✦Translating

Actually quite a nice spot right next to a small stream whose rushing water you can hear. However, several hikers come by in the morning, and I think you shouldn’t block the spot for too long. We weren’t driven away, though. The ground is quite uneven, but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s a great place for one night in the heart of the Lake District National Park.✦Translating

Access is a little odd. Both ways appear to have a 6'6 foot width, however Google maps brought us the longer for the route to get here. Road was fine in an L2H2 though. ✦Translating
