Camping municipal**

I am staying at the Aire Campingpark, which apparently used to belong to the campsite. Attention: the sanitary facilities close on 14 September 2025. The site has self-check-in in several languages. Open 365 days. No staff. Otherwise, the site is very well maintained and has many trees. The campsite sanitary facilities can be used; they are quite open and airy, but okay. One person and van, including electricity and shower: €17.50.

Well-maintained campsite. The sanitary facilities are spotless and the welcome perfect. However, do not stay on the street side. Incessant traffic creates an unbearable noise, so it is not really restful. Choose the back of the campsite near the entrance.

Very nice campsite, very helpful staff. Pitches are not marked out, but with well-mannered people you feel comfortable.

Quiet for one night. 2 adults, 2 children and an electric vehicle: €19. Well-stocked supermarket not far away, accessible by transport. Beyond the bridge there is another one closer to the river and castle, but I had not seen it.

We stayed one night, very good, quiet, plenty of space, clean toilets, hot-water showers, and you can set up wherever you like. Services are free. I recommend it.

Wonderful campsite away from the road, so very quiet day and night. No marked pitches, so you can settle wherever you want, in shade or sun. Clean sanitary facilities. All for €15.04 for a motorhome and two people with electricity. The waste disposal and water refill services are free at the adjacent area, directly accessible from the campsite.

Campsite open since 28 June 2025. Very beautiful, shaded campsite with all services and very clean showers and toilets. Friendly welcome. Excellent value: €15 for a motorhome with two people and electricity. The Château de Chaumont and its magnificent gardens are an absolute must-see. The riverside guinguette under the bridge is very nice. We recommend this place.

The entrance was still padlocked on the morning of 13 June.

It does not seem to be closed, but check the opening dates from 12 June to 15 September.

We wanted to stay at this campsite yesterday. Everything was locked. We assume that this site is no longer operating.

€18 for two adults and electricity. This campsite is great! Not very suitable for strict orderliness: everyone sets up wherever they want. So it is a cheerful mess, just how we like it.

Beautiful, genuinely old campsite, in the best sense. No divided pitches, all grass and large old trees. There is also a friendly, helpful site manager who speaks English. We felt extremely comfortable. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated but clean and functional, even with hot water. And all this for just under €20 per night. What more could a camper want?

Simple but adequate campsite. For the price (two people and a motorhome, €14), it was fine. Basic facilities. The adjoining motorhome area looked good and was similarly priced. It seemed that those staying in the area could also use the campsite facilities.

Basic site where, despite the website saying it was full, we got a nice pitch in the evening after visiting the château. €16 including electricity, dog, motorhome and two people. Road noise depends on your location, but the pitches are large and unmarked. Sanitary facilities are old but okay; shower water pressure was a little weak. I would come again.

The sanitary facilities work but are old and in need of attention. Two showers and two toilets without paper. But for the price and one overnight stay, okay. Two stars. Near the Loire and château. Grassy area, poorly mown in places, under trees. Friendly welcome.

Excellent campsite for a few days of relaxation. Quiet area with many trees. Very attentive and friendly staff. Well worth it.
