This gravel parking area lies beside a quarry on a side road between Budva and Cetinje. It is quiet enough for sleeping but feels desolate, with clear mountain views. Leveling spots are scarce, and the remaining accessible area can be bumpy. It is free.

A place to stop and sleep, and nothing else. It is next to a quarry. Quiet for sleeping but desolate.
It is not as bad as I thought ... at least it is super quiet and has unobstructed views of the mountains. And it is free as well. Considering how difficult it is to find places like this in Montenegro, it is worthwhile. That said, useful spots for leveling the vehicle are scarce. Overall, a very good occasional solution.
Only a fallback option, but it can be very useful in a region where there are very few possibilities in high season. A quarry is opposite, beside a secondary road that is very busy in August. Nevertheless, the night was quiet. A stray dog came straight toward the motorhome; it was friendly.
