A small parking place in the Porkkalanniemi recreational area, suitable for a peaceful overnight stay. The site has a picnic table, firewood and a fire place, with hiking and fishing nearby. The gravel road out is bumpy, loose and steep uphill, and no more than three motorhomes should use the spot.

Nice place. We spent a night here. A bit tricksy to get out in the morning due to the gravel road being bumpy, gravelish and steep uphill. Will fit smaller motorhomes better but we had a nice stay.
For us, the most beautiful of the free places on the historic Porkkala Peninsula. We did not use the firewood supply, but had breakfast at the picnic table on the rock in the morning. No more than two motorhomes should stand here.
Few cars pass by, but we slept well.
Good peaceful place to start hiking in Porkkala recreational area, go fishing, or simply enjoy the fire place. Free firewood.
