Excellent for visiting the town centre and spending a quiet evening. There is a school nearby, and we were woken by a bell with music at 9 a.m. Bins are available and the parking spaces are fairly large; they are at the back of the car park.Translating
Good parking area for visiting the village and spending the night. Free outside the season. Beware: warning of a flood-prone area during rain. There is a toilet by the tourist office, open during office hours. Park away from the containers, as cars arrive from early morning to dump things and the rubbish truck passes at 8:30.Translating
Thanks to the municipality for this free parking area (9 November 2025). The town is a gem. Unfortunately, we had noise during the night. At 2:45 a.m. a motorhome owner started the engine. It ran for 45 minutes. An hour later, the same thing happened. That was the end of our sleep. It was very annoying. Consideration for others: none.Translating
We did not have to pay because we were there in the low season. It is next to the town centre and is a very good parking area. We did not stay overnight, only spent the afternoon, but it is very good for visiting the centre and all the points of interest. Recommended. Although there are only five spaces, they fill up easily.Translating
Great carpark, close to town, slightly sloped pitch. It is no longer free currently. Free after the 31st october. Parking attendant came around at 1700 today. Frustratingly only coins on the meter so had to pay on the app which has a €1.50 service charge
Very close to the centre. According to the EasyPark machine, parking fees apply only between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. It is unclear whether you can stay overnight and what it costs. At night we were surrounded by a group of youths. The containers are emptied at 8 a.m. on Monday. Risk of flooding during heavy rain.Translating
Not bad for spending one night and seeing the village early. The village is beautiful. You cannot put out chairs; overnight stays only, as it is still just a parking area.Translating
We arrived to sleep and see Santillana at sunset and sunrise. It was the best time, avoiding the crowds that are there the rest of the day. Quiet spot and very close to the village.Translating
Attention, there is a zone reserved for residents on the upper part of the car park, on the grass. We did not see the only small sign. Result: a €100 fine!Translating
Private parking, very well located for visiting the city. Water and dumping services.Translating
Noisy parking, €10, and as usual near the bins and buses that leave their engines running. Since I deserve only the rubbish area, I will not leave any more money in this town.Translating
Good parking area for sleeping and visiting. All lengths. BUT: flood-prone area in heavy rain and, especially in wet weather, a very slippery exit for front-wheel-drive motorhomes (uphill exit on very slippery, uneven paving). Preferably exit to the left; it slips a little less.Translating
Very well located, with no services but five clearly marked spaces. The cost for a motorhome is €10, paid at the ORA machine. If we want these areas to continue, please respect the rules! When we arrived after dinner, two people were emptying their toilet into the drain… Don't do that!Translating
We stayed one night in complete tranquillity. As soon as we arrived in the first area, a woman helped us and explained everything. All good, and very close to everything, so you can walk around the village and its surroundings.Translating
Quiet night spent here in one of the larger spaces near the school as the nearby aire is closed for refurbishment. Very central for visiting the town ( well worthwhile). Toilets under the tourist office were open quite late and were open again at around 9am when we passed. Charging starts on 15th March so no fee was needed.
Parking next to the centre. We spent one night without any problems.Translating
Perfect for overnight parking and daytime parking. We were there on the night of 13 February; only three motorhomes were present.Translating
Just on entering the car park there is a sign prohibiting camping and a motorhome sign. We were going to leave without seeing the village because the same thing happens in the other car park, which prohibits motorhomes, but since it was next to the tourist office we asked and were told that we could park and even spend the night without problems as long as we did not put anything outside. In the end, we did not stay overnight.Translating
Ideal parking for visiting the beautiful medieval town. We did not sleep there because we were going to visit the Cabárceno wildlife park.Translating
Not for overnight stays, but good for parking during the day. The OTA applies only from 15 March to 15 October, Monday to Sunday. There are a few spaces for motorhomes.Translating
Good place to stop, out of season. lots of space and free. looked ok for overnight, but cannot comment as we didn't stay.
Free parking from 15 October.Translating
Sorry, but paying €10 (a flat price for motorhomes) to stay for a maximum of 1 or 2 hours is a tourist scam. The same applies to all the car parks in the municipality, so we moved on...
Perfect place for one night in Santillana; it is free until 10, practically in the town center. Only be careful if heavy rain is forecast, as the area is marked as at risk of flooding.
Good place. Very close to the center. You pay by the hour from 10 in the morning to 8 in the evening. Camping is not allowed, but overnight stays are.
