Beach parking, motorhomes prohibited

For the price, it is very good: 35 SEK. If you stay for four hours, it is refunded. You can enjoy the beach, where there are toilets and showers, sports facilities, beach volleyball, volleyball and children's games. We spent a very quiet night. Rubbish bin available in the car park.

This car park has been closed to motorhomes and converted into a paid daytime car park. Only cars are now allowed to park there. We continued to the motorhome site six minutes away at Norrmjälehavsbad. It is also suitable for larger motorhomes and costs 130 kronor including electricity in the low season until the end of May. From June, it costs 190 kronor including electricity.

We were there before June 1 and therefore did not have to pay. You can now also pay with the EasyPark app, which indicated to me that I did not need to pay. The site is very large. The beach is lovely, and we were able to walk there well with the dogs.

The beach can be reached in two minutes. Great beach facilities. Four stars because unfortunately there are no toilets or similar facilities open outside the season. In return, it is safe, quiet and free at night. It is probably different in summer.

Huge functional car park, without any charm. Charges apply only from June 1 to August 31. Free outside this period.

When we were there, in warm weather, the car park was completely full and finding a space was out of the question.

Large car park, empty when we were there, and parking via the app was straightforward. The satnav guided us incorrectly; it is best to use the entrance past the campsite. Follow the signs for Bettnessands Havsbad. Large containers for rubbish disposal. Toilets on the beach: an accessible toilet, a dry toilet, and a toilet container with several toilets and sinks, all clean and usable. Mosquitoes in the forest, but few in the car park.
