Quiet overnight parking, morning trucks

Sloping, with far too many rubbish bins for such a small village; collection must not be frequent enough. In the heat of this scorching summer, it smelled terrible, even though it was midnight. I did not stay. It is a shame, as there is a shop that even sells gas.✦Translating

Many thanks to the mayor. The only drawback was a big dog, judging by its voice, barking all night and also during the day, which was less bothersome. How can one dog disturb an entire village? Lovely village and welcoming shops; the croissants are very good!✦Translating

Very good pitches with access to water and immaculate toilets. Electrical hookups are available, though unused, so we do not know whether they work. Warm welcome at both the grocery shop and the community hall.✦Translating

Had an overall good night. The lights go out by 22:00 so that it’s completely dark. I thought it was a bit scary being the only person there. Because of the garbage disposal, there are people coming and going and they were emptied at 7:30 which woke me up.. the toilets were fine but no running water in the sink. I saw another free parking right next to the cemetery, maybe that’s calmer
