A wild spot on the northernmost point of Nordkinn, on cliffs overlooking the Barents Sea. It is peaceful, with impressive views, a fire hut, picnic tables and a fireplace nearby. Short walks follow the cliffs and coastline. Take great care when parking and walking, as old underground bunkers in the area have collapsed in places.

Beautiful view and peaceful place. Picnic tables and a fire pit. Mehamn also has a special attraction: the Christmas Museum, the largest collection of Christmas items in the world (27,000!), and it also has a nice café.
An unforgettable spot at the northernmost point of Nordkinn. Even more impressive than the North Cape, but without the crowds. Amazing views over the Barents Sea from the cliffs, a cozy fire hut nearby, and several short walks along the coastline. A peaceful place to soak in the Arctic landscape.
A beautiful view from the peninsula over the Barents Sea and Mehamn. We did not find it dangerous. As everywhere in nature in Norway, you naturally have to watch where you step. Dog rating: 3/4 paws. Walking the dog is possible, but off-leash freedom is limited because the cliffs drop steeply.
Beautiful, peaceful place, ideal for dogs, with a lovely view. I stayed for three days! Café/bakery nearby, at the entrance to the town.
