The area around the dam is a large camping area, but the rough road requires good ground clearance and is better suited to 4x4 vehicles. The lake is attractive, although no level place was found after about 1 hour of driving around it. Many local campers stay here, and summer can be crowded. Depending on luck, there may be outdoor toilets, barbecue areas, seating, and water points; bring your own water.

Because of the road alone, ground clearance is required! The lake is absolutely beautiful, but after going around it once—about one hour of driving—we did not manage to find a level place. However, there are many local campers with caravans or tents. Not for us.Translating
