Camping Sandur

The parking area was cleared. Very basic but clean sanitary facilities.

Not sure about this place. At the end of april parking lot was full of local cars and also on the side there was stored some building material. Toilet is still there and open but house was full people looking like workers. Maybe just temporary thing while it’s still out of season.

The site has a good location on the edge of the village next to the harbor. The service building has clearly seen better days, but it is functional and clean. The price for a camper, including all services, is 160 kronor. Reservation/payment online only via the QR code next to the information board, which works perfectly. But beware: for one night, select only one date in the calendar, otherwise you will pay twice!

Quiet site with nice common room and small kitchen, but both toilets blocked and unusable when we arrived (possible vandalism) so we didn’t stay. Sign requests 200 DKK in 2025 but no information about how to pay or where to leave money.

Simple, but it has the essentials: flat stony ground, sanitary facilities, toilet-emptying point, water, communal areas and even a washing machine, which is getting tired. Peaceful setting by the harbor. Pleasant village. Free pitch, with no payment system and nobody coming to collect money. Thanks to the town for providing this space free of charge with all these services.

I find the site very peaceful. Nobody came to collect money and there was no information about where or how to pay. The kitchen is fully equipped. Toilets, shower and even a washing machine are available! It seems that the municipality provides the site free of charge.
