We arrived here on May 7, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., and unexpectedly received a €66 ticket on the windshield at noon for prohibited camping! We went to the nearby police station, but they sent us to the town hall on the boulevard. It was closed because of a special day. We will now send an email to object. In itself, a good place to park.Translating
Great free park up for the day. 15 mins walk into the main city. We have 6 metre motorhome and got parked no problem on a Wednesday at 10am. It was also an easy drive to the park up. Wi-Fi good.
There's a very good parking lot to leave the van while exploring the city. Parking is free, there are plenty of spaces, and we had no problem finding a spot. The Old Town is an easy 20-minute walk away.
Ideal for sightseeing. Large and convenient with my 6 m van.Translating

perfect for the day! walking distance to the old town and centre
Very dirty and unsettling daytime parking lot. Used while waiting to board because parking at the port was not possible; the overall situation in Split is very difficult.Translating
