Forest parking, narrow bridge access

If you interpret the 1 in the address as a house number, you end up at the wrong end of the street. So turn around. On the way back, at least you can admire the numerous very opulent villas lined up opposite the railway grounds. Strange location.

We arrived here on Saturday afternoon and there were many people out walking, but the night was very quiet. On Sunday morning, lots of people came to walk and exercise, but everything was perfectly fine.

Local recreation area in the forest. Flat and peaceful parking. Cars occasionally arrive and leave. We slept well. An Uber or Bolt to the center costs €3–4. The zoo used to be here.

Rather unsuitable for motorhomes, okay for vans because you have to cross a small narrow bridge. We parked on the road beforehand. Several trucks turned around here at night, and cars keep passing by. A festival is currently being prepared next door.

We spent two very quiet nights there. A group of young people came in a car with music, but when they saw us in the van, they left, so there was no problem. We did not see any stray dogs as mentioned in previous comments. The surrounding park is great for walking; the zoo no longer exists, so nature is reclaiming everything.

It’s very quiet flat paved parking. Had a good sleep here. Partially lighted. Not completely isolated, people come to hike/bike. In the morning went for a forest hike with dogs. Beware of stray dogs around.

Good parking for visiting the city if you have a bicycle. We spent the night from Saturday to Sunday, and extremely loud music from a disco quite far from the parking area continued until 2 a.m.

After a very quiet night and a police patrol, we had to move and park on the wide street leading to the zoo. Very quiet area, although I think construction work is being done at the zoo and parking may not be possible.

Good place for one night. Close to a forest, safe, quiet. We like to stop here on our way back home.

During the day, people jog, bike, and park their cars. It's very quiet at night. There are no mosquitoes. There's a little trash. There are dogs waiting to be petted. They're not aggressive. There's internet, but it's weak.

The place is accessible and very quiet at night. During the day, lots of people come to walk in the forest. You can cycle to the center; there are always paths and cycle lanes to the main squares.

There is no barrier, this car park is open and still a good spot. The only downside is that there's sometimes groups of young people who are sometimes noisy during the night. Very little traffic noise and easy access to the forest right next door.

The place looks safe, but there is continues noise from the city or road traffic. We left the parking as we could not sleep.

Great free parking spot on a grassy area. Quiet and peaceful, with easy access to public transport for a quick trip to the center of Timișoara. Perfect for a relaxing stopover without the hassle. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to park here. It is being used as a storage area.
