This is a free, scenic daytime picnic area beside Benbow Pond at Cowdray Park Estate. There is no height restriction, but turning space is limited, with gravel parking, a grass edge and one bench. Walking trails and arboretum walks are available, while sleeping is prohibited.

A lovely place to while away a few hours in the sunshine.
Small parking area beside a pond. Perfect for a daytime break, free of charge. Sleeping there is forbidden. Trailhead.
