97 Strada Regionale 2, 01027, Montefiascone
Been here?
This is a private camper area belonging to an agricultural cooperative, with asphalt pitches and a shop selling local wine, oil and other products. It costs 15€ per night, including electricity and grey- and black-water disposal. Entry requires registration and a PIN, with access until 19:30. Most pitches are sloping and narrow, with little shade and noticeable traffic noise beside the main road.

We stayed one night. Access is possible until 7:30 p.m. because you have to register in the shop. The parking area is asphalted and, except for three or four pitches, sloping. The spaces are narrow and it is quite noisy because it is beside the main road, with no shade and next to the Montefiascone cemetery. The €15 includes electricity and service facilities. Next time we will continue on.
Great place… Unfortunately, you cannot get in on a Sunday evening. No telephone number works, and there is no code to open the gate.
Reopened. Entry with PIN. Assistance only during shop hours. Entry possible until 7:30 p.m.
Today, April 14, 2026. We stopped at the Est Est Est winery area in Montefiascone to buy something and spend the night. Access now requires a PIN to open the barrier. There is no one there; in fact, the area is in good condition, unlike some time ago when everyone used to stay there.
The parking area reopened on April 2, 2026. It costs €15 per night. You can get all the information by telephone. Access is via a PIN issued when registering at the shop. Electricity and gray- and black-water disposal are included in the €15.
Parking lot still closed.
The area is still closed as of today. It is a shame; I used it a few years ago. I still recommend stopping at the winery to buy excellent Est! Est!! Est!!! wine. The parking area is spacious, with no problems for arrival or maneuvering. Obviously, no overnight stays until the area reopens.
Why do some campers post random comments a month after they visited a place? The area is CLOSED!!
Very good free motorhome area with free water and free waste disposal. It belongs to the agricultural cooperative, where you can buy very good wine and ham.
Convenient free camper area for visiting attractions in Tuscia, with excellent local products. Be careful, though: closed for renovation from November 10.
Thanks to the Est Est Est cooperative for creating this free area. There are electricity hookups and taps. The disposal area is inconvenient and poorly designed, so we did not use it. We bought some products as a thank-you. The area is 1 km from the center of Montefiascone. There are four or five abandoned kittens; it would be good to ask an organization to care for them.
Thanks for the free service. It is terrible what the campers do here: service columns knocked over and sockets torn out of their mounts. A few sockets still have power. Long-term campers occupy the site. You have to be ashamed of these people. It would be better to charge a fee. Free services are not appreciated. We were only here to shop, not overnight.
A simple but classic motorhome stop with supply and disposal facilities. It is free, with the expectation that we motorhome travelers buy something or other from the cooperative. Super tasty local products; you can also taste the wine, making it easier to decide on a crate. Many thanks to the cooperative; we will definitely come back.
All we can do is thank the wine cooperative for this parking area with all services. The wines are very good. If you do not mind the road noise, this is a very good place.
Free and very quiet camper area.
Great stop off, with free access to all services. On a separate note, there are 9 cats/kittens which seem to have been abandoned there. The owner of the area is aware of them, however if anyone has the means to take them in or knows of a local rehoming organisation, please help them.
Thanks to those responsible for the service area. Some people dump gray water where they should not; there is a proper place for it. As a thank-you, we should buy from the shop, which has excellent wines, olive oil, jams, etc.
Free parking area with gray- and black-water disposal and electricity. What more could you ask for! Thanks to the Montefiascone winery for this place. The shop's products are also delicious.
Free area equipped with everything necessary, less than one kilometer from Montefiascone. It is only right to buy some excellent products from the cooperative.
We were passing through and stopped for one night. The village, 800 meters away, is reachable on foot, slightly uphill, and has everything, including a grocery store and fruit shop. The parking area has black- and gray-water disposal and drinking water, as well as electricity. We bought oil and wine from the cooperative that owns the motorhome stop; it seemed fair.
The five stars are for the winery that provides this stopping area. One star for the uncivilized campers who do not keep the free area clean.
Fantastic: a fully equipped camper area, completely free, with a well-stocked winery and market selling local products, where it is only right to reciprocate the hospitality. Think of it this way: a camper area where you pay €25 and receive two bottles of wine, some sweets and one liter of oil. It is also very close to the village. What else? Thanks to Cantine di Montefiascone for the hospitality.
Asphalted area for about 20 vehicles. Water, wastewater disposal and electricity. The town and shops are within walking distance. The road is heavily trafficked and very noisy. At the adjacent winery you can buy wine, olive oil, baked goods and honey. Everything is highly recommended! That is why the parking is free. Unfortunately, locals use the area for long-term parking. Currently, five spaces are occupied.
Free place, free electricity and water!!! That deserves five stars anyway. We bought a few bottles of wine as a thank-you for this lovely place. Excellent!!!
Very good for spending the night. Very quiet.
On May 4, 2025, we stopped to buy wine and discovered this lovely area. Thanks to the Montefiascone winery! Fully equipped and, above all, everything works!
Excellent parking with all services free of charge. It is more than appropriate to shop at the adjacent winery, since the stop is free; they sell excellent products! The village is about a 20–30 minute walk away. We spent a quiet and safe night. Highly recommended.
Excellent place to stop. It is a shame that not all campers appreciate these free places with all services, leaving paper and plastic everywhere. The garbage bins are there and are very large—too much effort, apparently. Thanks for the hospitality; buying local products is welcome, though not compulsory.
Great place for an overnight stay and to buy olive oil and wine.
We spent the night here on November 2, 2024. Excellent stopping area for positioning and convenience! About 1 km from the center.
What can we say? We must thank this company for making this area available, with electricity, water supply and disposal, and rubbish collection, all free of charge. Buying some products from the shop is a pleasure rather than a duty.
Excellent service! When we arrived, two-thirds of the spaces were free, so there was enough room. I imagine finding a place in high season is practically impossible. Fresh water, gray and black water, electricity—everything working!
Excellent stopping area with all services. The shop is well stocked with wine and oil.
Came early in January just for the shop with local produce and electricity. Arrived at 20.45 and the place was full. I've never seen a place so packed with campers before. (After going up and down Italy we were surprised but guess people gather when it's free...) We travelled on in the night since we needed electricity. Don't make the trip too late in the afternoon is our tip.
Convenient stopping area equipped with all services. Some spaces are also in front of the little bar to the right of the shop. Not all spaces are level, but leveling ramps solve that. Good selection of oil and wine in the shop.
Thanks to the cooperative for allowing us to park for free with everything working. We were able to buy regional products as a thank-you.
Excellent camper area with free water supply, disposal and electricity. Thanks to the wine cooperative for hosting us.
