This is a well-appointed picnic area with a view over Tonstad and easy access from route 42. The nearby water is very loud, while recent visitors found the road barely noticeable. A rubbish pile has accumulated in one corner, but the place can serve for one night.

Basically a nice place, but the water is very loud. Rather unsuitable for people traveling with rooftop tents. Also, rubbish left by others is accumulating in one corner. Nevertheless, it serves its purpose for one night. The road was barely noticeable by comparison.
We stayed here for one night, reasonably quiet; occasionally a car passes. Evening and morning sunshine!
Right beside the road, so fairly noisy. But beautiful view ;)
