The spaces have no shade, and the museum is a worthwhile attraction. Museum of Folk Architecture (Olsztynek—ethnographic park) Paid parking located at the entrance to the museum, which recreates a typical rural village and offers an interesting insight into daily life in the past. Spaces accessible to vehicles of all sizes, firm and level, but without shade. No motorhome services. Excellent 5G reception. Restaurant nearby.
Stayed overnight for free; the next day we paid only 15 zł for daytime parking while visiting. The museum was very nice, and our daughter (14) liked it too :-) The night was very quiet and safe.
Visiting the open-air museum is highly worthwhile. The friendly lady at the ticket desk immediately asked us for a pensioner's ID, so including the camper parking fee (15 zloty), we paid only 51 zloty including two admissions. Only four stars because we find the 100 zloty overnight fee without any services unacceptable. Recommendation: visit the open-air museum and spend the night outside Olsztynek!
Unfortunately, the car park was completely closed and we could not get in. Very disappointing; we had to continue driving.
Overnight parking now costs 100 PLN plus the regular daytime parking fee of 15 PLN. So it is fine for visiting the beautiful museum, but then move on.
