Absolutely superb! Large, shady and peaceful campsite. Very clean facilities. Seb, who runs it, is very friendly. Honestly, a fantastic stopover. Expect to pay around €15 for a van, two people and electricity.

Great stopover. Be careful of the group that disturbs the peace of the countryside.

Hello. A very warm welcome from Sébastien, who is passionate about running the campsite; everything is impeccable. Crossing the footbridge over the campsite brings you to the Bonne Aventure bar-restaurant. Alice provided a very friendly and professional welcome in the dining room, and Théo in the kitchen; you can enjoy very good dishes at very reasonable prices.

Sébastien gave us a friendly and professional welcome, explaining everything about the site. Clean, sheltered facilities, with toilet paper provided. Very quiet night, waking to birdsong—perfect! Lovely walks nearby. Tennis, table tennis and a pétanque court are available.

Loved this little place… so peaceful. Also the facilities were all immaculately clean and the bonus of loo paper too in the loos. Sébastien couldn’t have been more helpful too… we managed to get a flat battery and he helped us to jump start our van! Merci beaucoup!! That alone is worth an extra 5 stars if I could give them… Anyway, we’d happily return!

Exceptionally quiet campsite, with many level and shaded pitches. Sébastien’s welcome was magnificent, and the facilities, including toilet paper, are very well maintained. We will return without hesitation.

I absolutely loved this campsite ! Sebastian is the best and he has it all nothing is a problem. I was travelling in just my vehicle so to have some outdoor funiture on offer to pull up and use was just the best. There is also an indoor room with a freezer, fridge, plus complimentary tea and coffee. I have to say that the toilets and showers were exceptionally clean. 5 stars ! Merci

Very simple campsite in a lovely setting near the Loir. Very quiet and very clean facilities. The manager is very welcoming. Just under €18 for two people with electricity.

Lovely campsite. Our host Sébastien is very helpful. The site is superb, beside the Loir, with the guinguette directly opposite—just cross the footbridge. Very friendly welcome; we would gladly come back.

Very calm site, within easy reach by bike of the nearby attractions of the Loir valley. Just 2 nights, but will return. Sebastian is an excellent and very welcoming host. Highly recommended for those who enjoy quiet and nature.

Beautiful location on the Loir, with a very friendly manager. 10 km from Vendôme. We paid €18.50 per night for two people and a camper at the end of August 2024.

Best campsite in the area. The pitches are spacious, swimming is possible, the site is clean, and water and electricity are close to the pitches. Washing machine and impeccable facilities. Several activities nearby. Sébastien, the manager, is exceptionally kind and does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable, which he accomplishes perfectly. Thank you, and see you next year!

Extremely warm welcome at this municipal campsite. The manager is fantastic, full of humour and incredibly helpful. Peaceful campsite. Very clean facilities, better than some four-star campsites! Games available. We will do it again!

On 16 August 2023 we wrote: “Worth repeating,” and here we are back already. A new, very engaged and friendly manager. Ideal stopover for one or more nights. The facilities are very good; the washing machine is currently being repaired. Beautiful surroundings. Quiet. For us, this campsite lies on the way to our regular destination, not via the toll motorway, so we will come back here again. Great!
