73 Vía Polígono 9d, 12598, Peñíscola
Been here?
A very small, quiet seaside parking spot with direct access to the water and views of Peñíscola. Access is extremely narrow, rocky and bordered by trees, making it unsuitable for larger motorhomes. There are only a few spaces, and the ground is level only in certain positions. No services are available.

Rocky, narrow access, but directly by the sea and with a view of Peñíscola. Worth it. The road runs above the parking area; moderate traffic, but you are relatively hidden by the bushes. Otherwise rather quiet.Translating
An absolute dream spot, but not suitable for motorhomes because of the very narrow access. Great for a van if you drive in slowly (large stones). You have direct access to the sea from the van, a wonderful view, and it is quiet at night. No problems with residents or police. Our best spot so far.Translating
Very beautiful place, quiet facing the sea, beside the road, but little traffic at night. Please respect the memorial stele dedicated to Manon, 25, a van-lifer who left us too soon. Water it occasionally when you pass, with flowers or wild greenery. Thank you for her. Marie-RoseTranslating
We drove past because it does not even appear on the map; it is a narrow little track... if you are lucky, you will fit. It also depends on how the others park. Luckily, we pulled over to one side and everything was perfect. Views of the beach, a nearby cove, beautiful sunrise, crystal-clear water and 20 minutes from Peñíscola. Although it is next to the road, you can barely hear anything; surrounded by trees, you are hardly visible, but there are mosquitoesTranslating
Very beautiful spot with a view of the fortress. Only a few places. Although it is beside the road, there is very little traffic. No amenities.Translating
Perfect spot right by the sea. Great mix of quiet yet not completely isolated. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable here.Translating
Magnificent place!!! We spent two excellent nights, quiet and really beautiful to seeTranslating
An ideal place if you are lucky. The access is somewhat narrow; we are traveling in a fairly large motorhome and it scraped the trees. If they grow any more, I will not fit. The ground is level in certain places; you have to find the right position. We were lucky and managed to park level. In summary: is it easy to park? Not really, especially if there are more campers and motorhomes. Is it worth it? Absolutely.Translating
Magnificent place if there happens to be space. We parked at the end of the track and had the sea in complete solitude for a day. 3 km to Peñíscola, which has an interesting old town and a very nice beach. Unfortunately, police came in the evening and said we cannot sleep anywhere on the coast this night (probably some event), but we are welcome to come back and sleep here the next night!
There are not many spaces available, but the place is incredibly peaceful, with stunning views of Peñíscola, very close to the seaTranslating
Wonderful place right by the sea. Unfortunately not level at all. 3 campers max
We spent one night, but on the other side of the cove, where there are some rubbish bins because this section was full. Quiet night listening to the sea.Translating
Superb view; I definitely recommend driving a little farther (turn left onto the small road), where there are three more hidden and prettier spaces. We had no problem staying for two nights. Be careful, though: unfortunately, in some places there is a lot of faeces.Translating
Sweet spot. Calm and no trouble when we stayed for one night in February. Walkable distance to Peniscola.
Quiet place near the town, you feel as if you are right in natureTranslating
Great little spot, lovely sunrise, a bit of road noise until about midnight then just the sound of the waves.
Amazing spot. I was standing in the space a few meters further just like some other people posted before. It's very rocky and unleveled but you can find a space of you try a little and if you have leveling blocks. Sleeping with nearly no car noises and just the sound of the ocean. Fantastic.
We stayed one night. As you enter there is space for two and at the back for one, but be careful with the rocks at the back. The sea is right beside you, and you sleep to the sound of the waves. Nobody said anything to us and there were many campers along the coast. It is an area worth visiting.Translating
Absolutely stunning & secluded spot right on the water. We had two VW long wheel base crafters here & a VW tranpsorter. Incredible sunrises!
We slept in the area just a little farther ahead. Perfect location for seeing Peñíscola at night. Quiet at night and with three other neighbors.Translating
Three very beautiful spots right by the water. Two spaces at the front, one small one farther back. For small, narrower vehicles. We got in easily with a T6, but the Dodge RAM next to us also had no problems.Translating
we parked here for 1 night. there was a few other vans scattered across the coast but this was empty. a 25min walk into a nice town with some bars and restaurants and a supermarket. the road there doesn't seem to have a pathway so be aware of traffic.no noise from the road at night but the sound of the waves is quite comforting. great spot.
Beautiful, right by the sea on the cliffs. Larger vehicles can stay at the front; farther in, only up to 2.5 tonnes. A request to all campers: take your rubbish and cigarette butts with you. Some places looked like toilets and rubbish dumps.Translating
Peaceful place close to the center. Road is rocky so need to be careful so you don't break your car.
Magnificent sunrise, space for three vehicles without getting in one another’s way, just below the road, which has very little traffic at nightTranslating
We stayed with our 6 m motorhome for two lots of two days, one bend farther along at the larger beach area! There are rubbish bins there and no prohibition signs, at least not in the off-season! I wanted to create an entry there, but that was not possible due to rights held by the city or owner! The police came by several times but did not object to the usually 3–5 vehicles! DREAM SPOTTranslating
nice view! not busy.
Quite level spot with an incredible view directly over the sea. The access is fairly narrow and rough. Not suitable for medium-sized to large vehicles. A nearby pebble beach is great for swimming and sunbathing. At high tide, the spot is used by anglers until late at night, and they also like to talk loudly. Unfortunately, every bush reeks strongly of excrement and is full of toilet paper.Translating
Excellent view, a favourite of the trip however so dirty around us we didn’t want to stay long the next morning, we literally parked up late at night, watched the waves and left first thing in the morning. The comments aren’t joking when they say there’s toilet roll everywhere! Shame. So easy to just take your mess with you!
Magnificent view, a very peaceful place to spend the night. There are no facilities and the place is a little dirty. Attention, the site is sloping, so park carefully. Perfect for spending a night overlooking the sea.Translating
Very peaceful by the sea. We spent a perfect night; the only drawback is the streetlights. There is space for 3 vans on level ground, but up to 5 or 6 can fit. Rather than a car park, I would call it a natural area beside the road.
Just incredible! The view is magical! We spent 2 days there! We loved it.
Horrible access, it scratched the entire camper. In addition, the site was full and it is impossible to maneuver; you have to reverse all the way back.
