81-165 Chemin de la Tourraque, 06640, Saint-Jeannet
Been here?
Gravel parking beneath the village of Saint-Jeannet, with several levels, valley views and a generally quiet setting. Access is narrow and winding, spaces can fill quickly, and some parking areas now have height barriers; manoeuvring and turning can be difficult. Public toilets and drinking water are available near the village and bus stop. Restaurants and a bakery are in the village.

Several parking areas on different levels, some without barriers; very quiet, with sanitary facilities and a view.
It's a narrow and winding route to reach the spot, no matter which route you take. The parking lots were nearly full on a May weekend, and one now has a height barrier(sorry, it doesn't state the height). I found a space for one night.
The parking area was practically full; the empty spaces were not suitable for motorhomes. Be careful, turning around is difficult if you drive farther down. When leaving, our navigation system kept taking us farther downhill instead of back to the road, until the road suddenly ended in a dead end.
Free parking with no parking permit required, perfectly quiet for the night, and a superb view in the evening and morning. Not far from public toilets.
An incredible view. We stayed at P3 for two nights, with very little passing traffic, and slept very well. Toilets a little farther up. Small restaurants in the old town. Best of all, a bus takes you to Nice.
CAUTION! Beautiful view, but the parking area was full. The access road suggested by Google Maps, directly through the village, is extremely narrow! In several places, with the mirrors folded in, there were only a few centimeters between the houses and the car. We drive a VW T5.
Be careful, Saint-Jeannet does not want tourists! They have just changed their parking policies... and limit the parking to 3 hours for people coming from outside!
Quiet night spent here at the end of November (just one other camper next to us). The lower parking spots are quieter, and have a better view. Clean toilets, with water and TP.
