34 Calle Dolores Quintanilla, 41410, Carmona
Been here?
This parking area is currently closed because of construction work, with a no-parking sign. When accessible, it was free, level and close to Carmona’s old town, with no services and no shade. It offered views across the surrounding fields, but buses could limit manoeuvring and Saturday nights could be noisy with young people, mopeds, cars and music.

Closed for construction. No-parking sign.
A great place. View and close to the city. Very level, but no services. Many teenagers and young adults with mopeds, cars, and speakers on Saturday evening. It can definitely be quieter. Nevertheless, a fantastic sunrise.
Construction work going on and large tour coaches parking here, which seriously limits maneuvering. The old town of Carmona, however, gets 5 stars. Absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately cars are allowed in the very narrow alleys. No more room for pedestrians and extremely noisy on the antique cobblestones. Totally uncivilized!
Very good place. Quick access to the city. Quiet. Good view. No services whatsoever.
The extraordinary view and proximity to the city make this spot ideal. Thanks for the advice, which I repeat: park at the back so as not to disturb the buses arriving in the morning.
Well located for visiting the city. Quiet night.
A place to sleep that seemed peaceful, with a beautiful view over the greenery of the fields. When we arrived on a Saturday around 7:30 p.m., a group of young people was there, but we did not expect them to spend much of the evening and night there. Music at full volume from midnight to 2 a.m., cars coming and going to restock drinks… the night was not as good as we had hoped.
Help. We may have lost a passport at the parking area, on the red paving stones. Has anyone found one, or is anyone currently there who can tell us anything? The parking area was nice and had a great view. The town has a lot to offer. Unfortunately, the town’s new parking area is even noisier.
Thanks to the municipality for this area with all services. Very convenient for going into town. The only drawback is that it is too close to the road and therefore noisy, and the poorly positioned tree near the dumping point makes maneuvering difficult.
Good for exploring the town, which I love. This year we have already been three times.
Great location for 8.7m motorhome with fab views across the vega & easy access to the beautiful city. A visit to the parador is a must. The road is a little uneven but accessible. No services just parking
Excellent, close to the center, slightly uneven dirt surface, quiet. There were 7 motorhomes and we slept well.
Very beautiful place, splendid view, perfectly quiet night, which allowed us to forget the GPS directions (a special motorhome model) that took us down an alley where we thought we would never get out. A very kind local helped us maneuver centimeter by centimeter. In the evening we could not find an open restaurant nearby; it was January. Very clean town.
Flat spot on firm, compacted ground. At the gates of Córdoba, by one of the city entrances. From 9 a.m., buses arrive (two today…) and park alongside the ramparts… keep this in mind!
The rating is far too low for what this place is. Beautiful view and you can walk straight into the old town. We did not stay overnight because we had already seen the town. I can imagine people coming here on weekends to sit and have a drink, etc., but that does not detract from the fact that it is a beautiful place. There was no rubbish when we were there.
Very quiet for the night. You need to park at the back so as not to obstruct the buses that park by reversing.
Good parking for visiting Carmona, close to the historic center.
The place is okay to stay a night. it is quiet, close to the old city. In the morning the busses start arriving. No services.
Simple spot with a nice view, no amenities nearby. It is in nature just outside Carmona.
Convenient parking for visiting this very pretty little town. Very nice view over the valley. Lots of coming and going in the evening, but nevertheless quiet after 11 p.m. Preferably park along the sidewalk or right at the back along the wall, as buses park early in the morning.
We parked here to visit the town and it is perfect for that.
Good place without services but next to the historic center and with an amazing view. We spent Saturday night here; some young people were gathered here.
Gathering place for locals. Noisy. A concert set up at 11 p.m. and lasted until late at night.
Actually a beautiful, perfect place, but for me the worst night of the trip. It was so hot, over 40°C at 9 p.m., that the car, cooled by the drive, became extremely warm very quickly. A group of people was here in the evening. The later the night got, the louder they became. Around dawn they left the parking area. Two hours later, the rubbish collection and parking-area cleaning arrived.
Wonderful, quiet panoramic location, excellent for visiting the historic center and sleeping. May 2023
