Forest parking, overnight stays prohibited

29 july 2026- Road from Spedsbjerg to this place is closed (construction). We had to find another place to sleep.

Locals told us that overnight stays are not allowed here, so we drove on. Otherwise, it is a small forest parking area in beautiful surroundings.✦Translating

A simple, quiet, free parking area on a very lightly trafficked narrow road. Enough space for cars and minibuses. Large motorhomes have no business here. Cyclists, hikers, and dog owners often pass by. Apart from a rubbish bin, there are no services. Thank you, Denmark.✦Translating

A truly beautiful, free parking spot in the middle of the forest. The roads are paved and it is very easy to reach. We were alone there, passing through on our way to Sweden. Highly recommended if you like secluded and peaceful places.✦Translating

Very good and peaceful place to spend the night. There are more spaces than the stated three; I would say closer to six. Some cars use the road, but not enough to be disturbing. Hiking trails of various lengths, from 2 km to 8 km, lead into the forest from the parking area.✦Translating
