Quiet parking spot by a small canal near a forestry hut, popular with campers stopping overnight on their way through, about 5 minutes from Diepoldsau village. Limited to vehicles under 3.5 t, with a fireplace nearby and pleasant walks along the water. Nights are calm, though mosquitoes can be bothersome in summer, and mornings bring dog walkers, joggers and cyclists passing by. One traveller in 2023 found the access blocked by a no-entry sign and had to find another spot. Please take your rubbish away with you.

Had a peaceful night here and went for a lovely walk in the morning along the canal. Lots of dog walkers around in the morning.
Several hornets landed on the car. We left immediately.
Quite spot near the water, lot of dog walkers in the morning. There is a fireplace right next to it, we did not used it.

A very quiet place, close to the motorway, with supermarkets and other amenities in the nearby village.
A very good place to spend a quiet night. The downside: in summer it gets hot inside the motorhome, and if you open the windows the mosquitoes eat you alive. But as the night goes on it cools down and becomes more comfortable. As stated in the description, everything is correct.

The place itself is perfect, quiet and surrounded by nature. Maybe we were just unlucky: since it got quite warm, we slept with the door open. We have done that occasionally before, but never had we encountered so many mosquitoes as here. We could hardly sleep. In the morning there was a lot of activity from dog owners.
Top spot, completely peaceful by the three bridges.
A large, beautiful parking area! In the morning it is very busy with dog owners.
Unfortunately, access was not possible because there is a no-car sign. We had to drive to another parking spot.
