A beautiful pitch in the middle of the mountains, run by a very nice couple who are building everything up with great effort. Meißen is quickly reachable by bicycle, or you can enjoy homemade Eierschecke cake on site :-) Thank you.✦Translating

The owner is very friendly and the pitch is absolutely recommended. The two sheep, the beautiful farm, and the Hoffnungsschacht mine are quite special. It is absolutely quiet and relaxing at night as well. Not far from the pitch, almost on the Elbe, there is a very unusual and interesting restaurant called Western Inn. A hidden gem in the countryside. We stood right next to two sheep who greeted us warmly. Although the owners were away, after a very friendly phone call we were able to spend a wonderfully quiet night here. We would gladly have stayed longer! Great with a dog! Simply excellent! The pitch is in the countryside, very quiet and idyllic. The Elbe is a few meters away, where you can take lovely walks or cycle. There is a small mining museum and a small beer garden with lovingly homemade products on the grounds. There is plenty of hiking nearby. What a wonderful place!!!✦Translating

Six pitches, €17 including electricity, €15 without. Old property, well-kept meadow and gravel underneath the pitches. No sanitary facilities or waste disposal, but fresh water is available and a snack bar is open on weekends. Friendly operator, dogs allowed. Given today's prices, it is reasonable.✦Translating
