A pleasant stop in a little village in the hills. A short walk to the historic area is recommended, aswell as a visit to the winery cooperative - good product, fair price
Small, flat car park in a quiet village. Space for 6 to 8 motorhomes. Very good. Watch out for the trees when parking.
Small car park, a good place to spend the night for not-too-large campers. We have a campervan of about 6.5 metres. It is slightly away from the main road in a picturesque village. Locals use the place as a car park, so I would say there is room for 3 or 4 campers. We felt very safe. No disposal of grey or black water. Thank you for making this possible.
Good quiet stop in a typical village. Toilets and a tap at the town hall.
A shower is possible, although it is unclear whether it is actually intended for use. You should not have a problem with cleanliness. I was nevertheless very grateful for the opportunity.
It is a small parking lot so it is not very suitable for big motorhomes. And it is just a simple place outside a village where there is almost nothing to do. There is also a road nearby and tye highway is not far (it is also clearly visible).
I do not recommend it at all. The showers and toilets are abandoned. Just a basic car park, and do not come with a very large vehicle. We did not stay overnight; we left because the car park is shared with cars.
Very good for one emergency night, very close to the A75. The toilets and shower are extremely clean. Thank you to the town hall of this small village; it was wonderful and peaceful.
We arrived here around 9 p.m., and after half an hour the police paid us a visit. They left again and did not ask us to move on. We suspect the neighbour beside the car park called them.
Pleasant car park immediately next to the town hall of Pégairolles de l'Escalette. Well-maintained public toilets nearby, open at night. As indicated, unsuitable for vehicles over 7 metres. Be careful: you have to exit in reverse via a fairly narrow access.
On 16 January 2025, the water tap was out of service.
Difficult to park here with a 7.5-metre vehicle. You stick out and block vehicles if the car park is full; the rear overhang is very tight when leaving the car park. A shame—it looked like a nice place.
What an amazing place to stay, when we awoke in the morning and looked up and around us, it was just so beautiful! stopped for 1 night on our way to Spain. A little road noise could be heard but nothing major, would definitely recommend!
Beautiful place, although there is some motorway noise. There are beautiful walks to be taken here.
Great!!! thanks for this spot , very nice with public toalet and shower
Very quiet location, despite distant motorway noise, which did not bother me even though I am a light sleeper. Superb mountain views and a charming village. However, be careful with longer vehicles: if the car park is full, it may be difficult to manoeuvre out, except by reversing.
Very good place. Thanks to future users for respecting the site, and many thanks to the municipality for providing this simple but perfect area.
