German-speaking welcome, starting point before the Atlantic road. The main building is like a museum—be sure to see it! Children only pay from age 12. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for 50 kroner each. Sanitary facilities spotlessly clean!
We liked the campsite, and it has everything you need. Hot showers and so on.
This is what we imagine a campsite should be like. Okay, I am also an angler. Everyone was so helpful! We will come back.
Rustic campsite. It initially seems chaotic, but its many small, lovingly created details give it a special charm. Pitches are scattered across the entire grounds and have their own water connection. Electricity is available everywhere, although it could be brought up to a somewhat more modern standard. Complaining at a high level.
Quaint campsite. It seems a little chaotic at first glance, but is incredibly charming! Very friendly operators. We would be happy to return!
We stopped to ask about using the showers because we were passing through. Unfortunately, this was not possible.
A great place. The owner and staff are extremely nice. The value for money is excellent!
We liked the site. Beautiful pitches in small niches. The sanitary facilities were very clean. The so-called museum is a treasure trove and worth a look. Very nice operators.
Simple rustic campsite, a little rough around the edges and with many anglers. Basic but clean sanitary facilities. Quiet and remote, with a beautiful view. Nice operators.
Maybe our favourite spot for the whole trip. All the facilities you need for motorhome. Quiet spot next to the bay. The museum is really interesting and the friendly owner is extremely easy going and welcoming.
Spectacular place. Very quiet, with showers and electricity for two people and a 7-meter camper: 400 NOK.
Excellent, beautiful and clean motorhome pitch. Unique museum. Nice and friendly operators, very helpful. We stayed for two days. The value for money is completely fair.
Wonderful site, fantastic view and everything lovingly arranged. The owner is also very nice and immediately gave us a tour of the former fish factory. The price has risen slightly to 400 kroner for the first night and 360 kroner for each additional day.
Practical motorhome pitch, shower included with no time limit, and clean! Wi-Fi unstable. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon at the end of October and there was only one space left. We were just lucky. The site seems to be well occupied on weekends even outside the season.
Very beautiful here. Sea, peace, northern lights and lovely walking routes. Perfect! Very nice owner who even speaks German and gives you a warm welcome. We stayed for two nights and were almost alone at the end of September. Everything was perfect, truly recommended!
Very nice owner, breathtaking view and beautifully arranged pitches. Clean toilet and shower. Lovely place.
A very beautiful place. Paradise for anglers. The price is more than reasonable.
As the other comments say, it is a beautiful, lovingly maintained place, especially for anglers. Highly recommended.
A perfect getaway—a place to feel at home! Magnificent view, everything clean and completely authentic. Thomas was amazing! We will return.
Very good and authentic place! Very nice owner on site—everything is uncomplicated. Be sure to look at the museum; it offers many wonderful views. We will return.
I am here for the second time, staying two nights with a 12-meter trailer combination. Excellent! Uncomplicated. Great value for money. Boats are very inexpensive to rent. Wi-Fi is available in the building with the kitchen and small museum. Very quaint and family-run. The site is spread over several levels with wonderfully unique spots. A must is renting a boat and going to the island in the lake. Ask the owner!
It doesn’t get any better.
Wonderful site. Super-friendly atmosphere; everyone speaks German. Beautiful individual pitches with plenty of privacy. Many seating areas spread around the campsite. Collector’s museum, highly recommended. A great place for anglers. Although there is only one shower and one toilet each for men and women, there were no queues. We would return anytime!
Quirky campsite, with everything partly resembling a museum and quite a lot of junk. Somehow interesting. Very friendly, multilingual owner; clean toilets and showers. Water and waste facilities available. Everything an angler needs is on site.
Super-cute campsite with many small places to stand by the water. The owner is genuinely nice and makes a real effort. In the main building he has displayed all kinds of collections and essentially the family history; it is very quaint to walk through and look at everything. Showers and toilets are clean. Laundry costs 50 NOK.
A truly wonderful and idyllic campsite! We stayed for two nights with two tents and a car and paid about €65 per night without electricity. Boats can also be rented very cheaply. The staff and owner are very nice. The sanitary facilities are spotlessly clean. I would return anytime.
Beautiful place, good facilities, kind people and you can rent boats to explore the area
Such a beautiful place! Extremely nice operator, with many options for arranging your pitch by the sea.
Small, natural campsite directly by the water. Free choice of pitch with beautiful spaces, friendly welcome and clean sanitary facilities. More attention could be paid to tidiness and coziness; some areas look a little grubby. Only four stars because there is no free Wi-Fi at the pitches; Wi-Fi is available at reception. For 360 NOK per night, that should be possible.
Very idyllic site, very friendly owner, free choice of pitch, clean sanitary facilities and absolute peace and quiet. We would be happy to return anytime! Absolutely uncomplicated.
