It is a convenient stop for visiting the Obarre monastery, about 300m away by path, and is also the starting point for a via ferrata. There is no service, and recent information says the monastery is temporarily closed, although its exterior can be visited.

Nice place to stop for lunch. There were two young cats with about 8 kittens there when we visited.
