This is a small daytime stopping area with attractive mountain views, reached by a steep and narrow road. Camping is not allowed, and recent conditions included wood and machinery occupying the area, with other bays blocked or obstructed. It can be useful for a brief scenic stop, but the adjacent slope is very steep and may be affected by landslides.

We drove here because of the beautiful view, but the place was occupied by wood and machinery. We could have spared ourselves the drive. The other parking bays on the way to the site were also occupied by wood or blocked by trees.Translating
It looks more like a passing place. It also appeared that the spot might have been affected by landslides. There is also a very steep drop beside it. Further ahead on the road there are beautiful parking bays. Still worth stopping for a photo with the mountains and camper.Translating
