Thanks to the town hall for this area. It has no services; it should be free, but €5 is not a disaster either. Right next to the village, with very easy access. We slept there and it was super quiet; it is next to the railway tracks, but no trains pass at night.
For an overnight stay, the place is okay. I slept well. The town is very beautiful. Good restaurants. The parking meter is broken!
Simple parking area between the stream and the railway. Very quiet at weekends. Three stork nests to watch from our pitch; it was a joy to see them glide nearby and feed their young. We even saw one fishing in the watercourse! Very close to the town center and this lovely little village, which deserves to be better known! Thanks to the municipality for allowing us to sleep there for 5 euros. Bins are available for waste disposal.
Sufficient parking to visit the town. We did not stay overnight.
Just a parking lot, nothing more. I would not spend the night here. It is shabby and noisy because of a large construction site directly at the station. We cycled to Colmar and Eguisheim from here, which was good. But now we are quickly leaving again.
Ideal parking for spending the night. No trains run at night! Very quiet and close to the center. We thank the town for making this accessible to motorhomes!
It is a motorhome area, but most spaces are occupied by cars, so we left.
Simply a good parking area for the night and the very short walk, about 500 meters, to the beautiful old town center. No services, no glamping, no frills. That is not a disadvantage; it is authentic and completely sufficient. If you do not like it, you will have to find another place.
The location is great; you only have to cross a pedestrian bridge to be in the town center! So, excellent. It is true that the railway line passes two meters away, but there are no trains at night. Paid parking, but a few meters away there are many free spaces. Well done to the town for allowing us to park close to the center and therefore spend money there.
Convenient overnight stop. Very close to the town center. Located between the stream and the railway; during the day it is very disturbed by passing trains, which nevertheless do not run at night. Recommended for visiting the village. Do not miss the “Night Watchman’s Tour” from May to October.
Only suitable for extreme early risers. You are parked directly beside the tracks. From 6 a.m. onward, loud trains keep passing, seemingly right through the bedroom.
The location is very central, but otherwise it is simply a gravel space between a road and the railway and it was noisy. And there is only a fee valid for 24 hours, so altrungh we wanted to leave our motorhome there for a couple of hours during the morning we were charged € 5.00.
September 13, 2025 Parking very well located for visiting the magnificent little village. €5 flat rate, thanks to the municipality. Michel Rapido
Parking very well located for visiting the town of Tukheim and seeing its famous watchman. €5 for 24 hours, but no toilets or hookups. No trains at night.
Good place for a simple overnight stay... and little else. €5 without any services is expensive... but in Alsace it is difficult to find a place to spend the night, so... it is good enough, and that is that.
For €5 per 24 hours, rather expensive, since at least on Saturday night people showing off their cars were driving around, and apart from a garbage bin there are no services. However, the little town is beautiful.
Good for weekends; otherwise during the week you are wedged between the road and the railway, with the added problem of a major demolition site starting at 7 a.m. Or suitable for early risers. We returned to the parking area on Rue de l’Huilerie to take the tour with the night watchman, which should not be missed.
Very good parking and only €5 for 24 hours. Close to the center, a five-minute walk. Free on Sundays and public holidays. No shade and no services. But a very good option for visiting the town for a while. It is right next to the railway tracks.
Very quiet night despite the road and railway. Every evening at 10 p.m., all year round, you can follow the medieval night watchman as he walks around for an hour.
This place is quite noisy during the day. There is a disused factory right nearby that is currently being demolished. It is close to the center. A lovely town! We only stayed a few hours. It costs €5 for 24 hours.
For parking while visiting the beautiful town and enjoying the storks, which search for food in the stream very trustingly. But staying overnight? Absolutely not.
It is a simple parking area where other cars are not allowed to park. Very close to the road and railway tracks. The positive points are that it is very close to the town center and very cheap. We paid €5 for 24 hours even though we did not stay overnight.
Really only useful in a pinch. There are much nicer and free spots. No trains at night, but the first trains pass at 6 a.m. Good for visiting the town.
Nothing exceptional, but practical for visiting the town and sleeping there! No trains at night.
Good for visiting the town, but for a quick stop it is better to look for another place since you are required to pay for 24 hours. It seems quiet for sleeping, although I do not know about the train traffic; you are right next to the tracks.
We did not park inside; we slept in some long angled spaces outside the area along the road. We asked and were told that we could spend the night there without any problem; there were other motorhomes. It is free. We were also told that although the area said it cost money, nobody checked whether you had paid. Quiet place.
Nice motorhome pitch not far from the town center. It is next to a railway line, but there is no train traffic at night. We had a quiet night.
Functional and practical; the price is very reasonable. The location leaves something to be desired—railway line and a disused building—but it is very convenient for visiting the village, a five-minute walk away.
Ideally located for visiting the town and very cheap at €5 for 24 hours. We did not stay overnight. A train runs right beside it. We do not know whether it also runs at night and causes disturbance.
Great place for visiting the old town or spending a night. Parking ticket available by the hour or for 24 hours for €5. No other services.
Parked along the railway line; no trains at night, and right next to the town, about 500 meters away. Thanks to the town.
Fantastic spot. £5 for 24 hours and such a short walk to the prettiest town.
Parking occupied by the rally organizers all weekend… Not a single space for tourists.
Thanks to the town for welcoming us to a decent parking area with bins for €5 a night. Not too noisy despite the station and very quiet at night. Very pretty village, many restaurants, and a market on Fridays. Eguisheim, Colmar, and Kaysersberg are nearby via cycle paths.
