Emergency campsite if there is no other choice. Arrive before 5 p.m.! No reception, or we did not find it. Sanitary facilities adequate but nothing special. We will not remember this location.

The campsite has been taken over by a property developer. Upon arrival, you find yourself in a construction site. Some parts of the campsite have reasonably nice pitches. We were placed right at the back among derelict mobile homes that are due to be removed. Unfortunately, the campsite is being neglected in favor of the bungalows that will be built. The surrounding area is otherwise wonderful. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned on the website.

Very friendly receptionist. We had not booked and arrived spontaneously because from the third day onward we needed electricity again while being self-sufficient. Two nights, two people and two dogs: €82. We got a large, great pitch with the toilet and shower very close by. We like it very much. We were also lucky with the weather.

We booked the site in an emergency because all the others were full. Friendly, large level pitch, very large showers, and good toilets too. We stayed only one night and found the site perfect for our needs. Five minutes by bike to the shops, 30 minutes by bike to the beach. Without bikes it is difficult to get anywhere. Two people with a camper, everything included: €40.

The campsite was taken over by another company. Partially demolished to build houses. Sanitary facilities were poor and few (they had already been demolished). Charging €41 for one night, far too expensive for a demolished campsite. Fled after one night.

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, especially considering it’s a family campsite. Everyone was respectful and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The camping and its surroundings are peaceful, which we really appreciated. We didn’t love the location for walking with our dogs (not allowed in the dunes), and the toilets weren’t very strategically placed, but overall it was ok

Rate for one night: €46, two adults and one motorhome with electricity. Friendly campsite. However, be aware that there is a lot of sand on the ground, which may make maneuvering difficult.

Quiet, clean campsite, but despite available pitches we were placed in a group. They refused a one-night stay, so we had to take two nights.

The campsite itself is beautifully laid out. BUT: The toilets are very dirty. The showers were clean, but everything is very old. For one night, the two of us paid about €42 with a rooftop tent. That was too expensive for the service provided.

This campsite is really great. You should know that you definitely need to be mobile, with bicycles, to get to the towns. Haarlem, Zandvoort and Amsterdam are no problem at all. Otherwise, the site is wonderful. The sanitary facilities are clean. The owners and staff speak German and are very nice. You have to pay in advance, but it was not a problem when the payment had not yet been credited upon arrival.

Very large, unseparated pitches with 16-amp electricity. Ideally located for attending the April flower parade, among the tulip fields and 5 km by bike from the superb Keukenhof flower park. Sanitary facilities adequate. I recommend it.

Huge camping. Nice pitches and plenty of open space. Staff is ok (not going the extra mile…). Many services although toilet/showers cleanliness could be better. Convenient for bike visits to Haarlem, Zandvoort, etc.
