Espace Beaulieu, 14000, Caen
Been here?
Large, flat parking beside the stadium, with no motorhome services and a nearby playground, shops and bus connections to Caen. Nights are often quiet, although noise can continue until 11pm and match days affect availability. Recent visitors have been fined by police, so check carefully before staying overnight.

Recent stop in Caen to visit the city and the D-Day beaches with our motorhome in the Beaulieu parking area. Although parking seemed possible, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding the police there and being fined. So be very careful before settling into this spot if you do not want to suffer the same misadventure as us.
Quiet parking with good bus access to the city, Bus 6B, and 6A coming back, takes about 10-15 minutes. Next to the stadium, so watch out on match days.
It is a public parking area. There is no height limit and it is level. We stayed one night. We are grateful to the stadium for allowing parking and overnight stays. We do not know whether the police have issued fines, but that was not the case for us. It is true that we arrived after 8 p.m. and there was nowhere open to eat. Thank you ❤️
We spent the day and a peaceful night here. We cycled into town, which was relatively flat. Fortunately, there is nothing on at the stadium, therefore plenty of parking spots to choose from.
Flat ground and fairly quiet at night. We spent there one night. Noisy until 11pm - some weirdos screaming - then became quiet. Close to the city, 35 minutes walk.
Very quiet and clean P2 parking area. Easy access for heavy goods vehicles. We visited Caen by bicycle while leaving the motorhome parked here.
Very quiet and clean P2 campsite. P1 campsite on the other side is very secluded and therefore very quiet.
Perfect for parking and staying several nights. Very quiet when we visited, with all amenities nearby: bakery, Super U, and laundromat. To reach the city center, take bus 6B (stop opposite the stadium) or bus 2 behind the playground. It is also about a 30-minute walk through the small streets, around 2.5 km. We parked here to attend the Millennium Parade.
Motorhome rest area beside museum was full when we arrived in Caen so we parked beside this stadium for the night. Plenty of space for a large Motorhome on level surface. Even though we were alone it felt safe and we enjoyed a quiet night. 30 minute walk into the city or bus no. 2 passes by also I noticed.
Very good, quiet, and plenty of space except on match days.
Quiet, lots of space, ideal for exploring Caen by bicycle. Litter bins are available, as well as a supermarket and a laundromat.
A wonderful place. Quiet and safe, with several motorhomes staying overnight. Free and an excellent base for visiting Caen. We slept very well.
Great location with all amenities 100 meters away. Thanks to the municipality.
