Very good campsite with very competitive rates. The sanitary facilities are simple but functional. It has the spirit of old-fashioned camping! We spent two nights. Barbara is very kind and welcoming. We will gladly return!

Very beautiful place and friendly welcome! The hottest shower in all of Corsica is a real plus. There is still little shade, which could make it too sunny in even warmer temperatures.

Excellent stay at Camping Mercone with our small caravan. The swimming pool is a major asset and the atmosphere is very family-oriented. The children loved the chickens, while we enjoyed the peace and beautiful surroundings near Corte. In the evening, the string lights create a warm, rustic atmosphere. Excellent value for money: €28 per night for two adults, two children, caravan, car, and electricity. Recommended!

Very pleasant campsite with a superb view of the mountains. Warm welcome, clean facilities, and excellent value for money: €18 for two people and a van. The pool is enjoyable after a hike, there is a secure children’s area, and free Wi-Fi, which is rare for a small campsite. We highly recommend it!

Cheap for the region, but not worth the money. The sanitary facilities looked clean but are really too old and poorly maintained. There was hot water in the showers, but not at the washing-up area. There were a huge number of ants, so many that they crawled over our feet and everything we put outside. We also had extreme noise from a military helicopter practicing directly next to the campsite in the afternoon and evening, until 11 p.m.

Nice, quiet place, with only the sound of the river to fall asleep to. Reception is staffed only briefly in the morning and from 4 p.m. €23 for a camper, two adults, one child; dogs free. No hot water. The lounge, seating areas, and playground equipment are old, with some broken and rusty items. The pool is great for cooling off. Few shaded pitches, many ants.

Clearly the best campsite of our tour of Corsica in terms of value for money. Two adults, one van, and one dog for €19 in low season. Showers like at home: hot, high pressure, clean, and they do not stop every 15 seconds. Quiet campsite 3 km from Corte. Very friendly welcome. Everything was perfect.

Very welcoming person; we stayed for two nights. Choose any pitch, with no hassle. The sanitary facilities are not new, but they do the job. Special mention for the very well-designed relaxation and meeting area. It was just a shame that the pool was not yet open at the end of April.

Very beautifully situated, with trees, directly above the river, and very close to the city. Highly recommended, very nicely laid out.

Good but basic campsite with clean and spacious sanitary facilities. The shower pressure was weak. You can arrive after calling and choose a pitch. We chose one at the lower left under the trees. The village is 2.5 km away and easily reached by bike. Beautiful cycling route and two great motorcycle tours in the area.

Beautiful natural campsite. Showers and toilets clean and good. The price on April 26 was €24 for one camper, two people, and electricity. Emptying the toilet and wastewater is done with a bucket; fresh water with a watering can. WARNING: fresh water costs an extra €2, and if you miss this, the very unfriendly elderly patriarch will give you a proper scolding. The rest of the family members are very friendly.

Human-scale campsite and very friendly owners. The convivial atmosphere comes from a lovely shared relaxation area. Everything is clean, the shower water is hot, and there are fresh eggs from the chickens (beware of the rooster crowing if you are sensitive; do not stay too close). If we return to Corsica, we will definitely come back here.

Unfortunately still closed on April 4. Nevertheless, they replied quickly to my inquiry.

Lovely small rustic family run site. It’s basic but clean and has a lovely garden and relaxing area and an above ground pool which we didn’t try as it was a bit chilly in October. The cycle into Corte was easy. Very good price and a great one night stop, could have stayed longer.

Natural campsite, divided pitches, free choice of space. In autumn, we were glad to find a sunny spot. Value for money is okay. It would be great if bread could be ordered and if there were separate sinks for washing up. Personally, it did not bother me. The pool area with sun loungers is also great. Friendly staff.

Simple campsite with rudimentary sanitary facilities, perfect for a short stay to visit Corte by bicycle. €20 for one night with the camper and two people is absolutely reasonable. Unfortunately, when we were there, there was helicopter noise during the day.

Beautiful place; the only drawback is that it is very dusty. Large pitches, clean sanitary facilities, an above-ground pool, and a small bar are also available. You can also order breakfast. All in all, nicely done, and everyone is very friendly.

Above-ground pool and a pleasant area to relax in the evening with string lights and local music. You can order breakfast the day before for the next morning. Nice mountain views, and 5 minutes by car from the center of Corte.

Adequate campsite at a reasonable price: €88 for four nights for two people, a converted van, and a trailer without electricity. One drawback is the very basic sanitary facilities: three showers and three toilets, with three sinks also serving as washbasins. No wastewater disposal facilities, which is a shame.

A campsite in complete relaxation and the silence of nature. We stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience. When we arrived, reception was closed, but the very kind girl on the phone told us to choose any place and settle in independently. The facilities are clean but perhaps too few for the number of pitches the campsite offers. Overall, I was very satisfied.
