Nieuwendijk, 8278 BD, Kampen
Been here?
A waterside parking spot in a nature area, without services, offering views of the river and fields. Overnight stays are currently not allowed, and visitors are directed to an official camper place. The ground is somewhat sloped, while bridge traffic creates noise from the morning; cyclists, runners, and walkers are common during the day. Kampen is about 10 minutes by bicycle.

We stayed longer on the road out of necessity; I do not recommend it because there is traffic coming and going late at night. Stay in the parking area.Translating
We stayed here before visiting Walibi Holland. It's a nice spot but we had to stay stealthy so didn't get to enjoy it too much. It's a busy place for runners and cyclists in the morning but the night was quiet. No services.
We stopped for a few hours to visit Kampen. Excellent! Very quiet, with a river view. About 15 minutes by bike from the center. A little sloped, but since we did not sleep there it did not bother us.Translating
Good view of the water and fields. 10 bike ride to centre. Good for 1 night
Quiet at night, but traffic from the bridge starts in the morning. Slept well; although it is sloped, I am glad this option exists.Translating
Only suitable for mini vans, very sloped and noisy because of the bridge right next to it.Translating
Beautiful spot and nature reserve where you can walk your dog, but unfortunately some things have been left behind by previous users… let's try to simply take our rubbish with us.Translating
I spent two good nights here. Very idyllic for an early-morning walk with the dog. Many cyclists pass during the day, but nobody seems bothered when you stay here overnight. Unfortunately, there is no rubbish bin. At Kampen railway station there is a drinking-water dispenser and shopping facilities.Translating
