This is marked street parking in front of houses, with beautiful bay views and a short walk into town. Overnight parking is forbidden, and traffic wardens may ask vehicles to move if they do not fit within one space. The location is exposed and can be very windy, although it is convenient for daytime visits.

Great parking on the side of the street, beautiful views of the bay and only a short walk into town.
Parking on the street in front of houses, very visible, overnight parking forbidden.
This location is on street parking with marked spaces. There is no signage but a friendly traffic warden informed us that we were not allowed to stay as the vehicle did not fit within a single space. They suggested the parking area at the end of the promenade was for motorhomes but this was full of cars when we passed it.
This spot is on street parking Infront of house's. Parking warden asked us to move no overtime parking allowed. Small triangle shaped carpark down the street on the edge of town was perfect.
This is street parking. The picture is wrong. None of the other parking spaces here are for overnight stays.
If you continue for 300 m, you can park along the road, which is not very busy, with a view over the bay. This is the fourth photo.
The pictures here are of the small parking area in town. This marker is for roadside parking outside of houses, which feels inappropriate.
Good spot: stayed overnight with BIG winds. walking distance to town, loads of pubs, delis. Only vehicle, let alone van on the road overlooking the bay. I was there during a big storm in February so... Parking head to wind helped a lot, otherwise I would have likely moved to a less exposed spot. Great little town, welcoming people.
We went during the day. Since only the entrance barrier was open and there were many people, getting out was very difficult, forcing many cars to reverse.
High barrier was open on entry side but closed on exit side. Very windy spot. It seemed to be a busy spot with locals with cars coming and going until after 9pm. Cafe open in daytime. We didn’t end up staying due to wind. Couldn’t see any signs that said no overnight camping. Pay and Display in daytime.
we had a surprisingly quiet night at the side of the road here. Lovely view over the beach. Locals very friendly.
Car park directly next to the road. We didn’t like it and drove on.
Great views over the sandy beach and bay of this pleasant town. Bins, picnic tables, public toilets and water refilling station 100m from the car park. Parked there for the day and night. Quiet and safe.
Height barriers now in place.
Parking lot directly at the edge of the beach with stairs leading down to the water.
