Village parking, heavy traffic noise

Beautiful place to spend the night. We have just parked and think we will have a peaceful night. Right opposite there is a very interesting bar/restaurant with quiet live music. What surprises me is that, although I do not know the regulations in France, in several free areas people camp rather than park, taking up a lot of space with awnings and chairs.✦Translating

Very nice spot, highly recommended. Very quiet, free services, and a small supermarket right in front. Easy access from National Road 7 and many tourist attractions nearby.✦Translating

We settled in, but shortly afterwards a foul smell appeared. There was an old motorhome nearby, and apparently we were not welcome, so we left and went farther away.✦Translating

Nice place. We did have to endure the brainless boy racers, but thankfully only for an hour. All services are working: one tap and a dual drain for grey and black waste. You must remove the drain cover; there is a central pipe for black waste.✦Translating

Quiet, clean toilet and a small, lovely organic food market with fresh bread. It was slightly sloping, so we parked lengthwise because there was plenty of space.✦Translating

A great spot near a village with facilities, even a clean public toilet with toilet paper. We had little trouble with noise, even though it was a Friday evening. Opposite is a lovely little shop with fresh bread and delicious coffee from 7:30 a.m. We were lucky that a food truck serving delicious burgers and fries was there—highly recommended if it is present.✦Translating

We stopped for the night. It is a not-too-bad car park, but far too noisy: a young person on a moped kept going around continuously, making an infernal noise, and children rode bicycles around the motorhome screaming. It was 9 p.m., so we left and went to another village 8 km away, which was much quieter.✦Translating

In fact, this is a multifunctional car park also used for children’s games, cars and recycling. There is a grey-water disposal area and a tap, but nothing for black water. The place could be pleasant if it were not extremely noisy, with the children’s play area, the village bar directly opposite and constant traffic, including at night. I did not sleep.✦Translating

Beautiful place for one night, although there is a lot of passing traffic, and they drive quite fast. The water was shut off, probably because of the forecast cold weather.✦Translating

Although it is a beautiful village, you park right in the middle of the market square, with a lot of traffic and noise among the locals’ vehicles. Everyone is very friendly, but you feel as though you are getting in the way.✦Translating

Large, level car park with clean and spacious toilets next to it. Quiet night. A large grocery store with local products and bread is directly opposite. Busy road in the morning, but not too noisy.✦Translating

Great! Everything is available here: wash bays, a tap where we could fill our canister, a workshop, a petrol station and a toilet.✦Translating
