230 E6, 9146
Been here?
This wild spot consists of relatively flat dirt-road pitches among vegetation, with beautiful fjord and mountain views and a waterfall nearby. Access is uneven and chaotic, with a 6m vehicle already described as borderline, while rain can cause vehicles to get stuck. The E6 is next to the site, bringing noticeable traffic and truck noise, especially at night. Smaller vehicles may reach the best waterside places.

Amazing place especially if you get here first and park with a view to the mountains. We will be definetly coming back!
One of the most beautiful spots of our Norwegian trip. Grandiose view of the fjord and sunset over the “Lyngen Alps” opposite. I agree that access is chaotic and not easy for the best places, so it is wise to scout it out. Some spots are easy to reach, of course not suitable for large campers. A fairly playful area for children. An interesting place even for a simple stop.
Absolutely premium spot. Even with a 6-meter vehicle you can reach the front, although it is somewhat uneven. The view makes up for everything! Beware: after rain there is a risk of getting stuck! To everyone without a toilet: stop defecating in the bushes and leaving your tissues everywhere! Firewood can be bought anywhere in the supermarket.
Beautiful place! At the end of September it is a quiet place to be alone. Only accessible to larger campers in dry weather. The view is worth it!
Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because of the poor access, but the fantastic view more than makes up for it. Unsuitable for larger motorhomes; the length of ours (6 m) is already borderline.
Very beautiful place. We stood here with a California and a semi-integrated motorhome. Smaller vehicles can drive a little farther and have a very beautiful view of the water and mountains.
Busy place (where isn’t in Norway in summer?). If you manage to get one of the two spots with a sea view, you are lucky. Otherwise there are a few nice spots among the trees. The E6 is very noisy, with lots of truck traffic, which detracts somewhat from this beautiful place. One star less.
A wonderful place. A haven of peace. Thank you for protecting it and keeping this place magical.
You have to drive a little farther in; there are several parking spaces that are not visible at first glance :) Great view of the fjord! Everything is clean, with no litter if everyone takes their things with them. A great place for one or two nights!
Rarely have I seen such a great place with such a view. An absolute dream!
The parking spot has a fantastic view. A bit bumpy here and there, so you have to check whether you might scrape underneath, although we had no problem.
Beautiful place! However, some campers have already cut down standing trees and bushes here to make a campfire... that is extremely sad. Please leave nature as it is and protect this wonderful place. Firewood can be bought anywhere in the supermarket.
Good place, just some road noise. Breathtaking view.
Although it is next to the road and you can hear some traffic, it is absolutely worth stopping here. Impressive views of the fjord and the Lyngen mountains. The sunset is magnificent.
Very beautiful. Sometimes the road is noisy, but it is not excessive.
The place was great. We stayed there for one night, but if possible we would have stayed for a whole week. After a few meters you are right at the water (beware of the steep slope). The view was unbelievably beautiful.
An unbeatable view, especially in the midnight sun. One star was deducted for the rocky, uneven ground and human waste. In our opinion, suitable only for cars, vans and panel vans. You can hear the road, but it did not bother us. For this view, you are happy to put up with the negatives.
Good place to spend the night. The scenery was amazing.
We were there on 5 June 2024. Wonderful view. Only suitable for small vehicles, not for larger motorhomes. We partly reversed into the spot with an L1 H1. Incredible view. With a dog, you need to be careful because of the cliffs. Lots of mosquitoes around. The road can hardly be heard.
By now the access road has become quite overgrown. We did not want to get more scratches on the side panels, so we drove on. Decide for yourself, and always have a Plan B!
Dream spot. Midnight sun over the fjord. Nice fire pits and lots and lots of berries.
Nice views to Lyngen. Good place to stay at night, maybe some car voices but those didn't bother at night. Road is okay. No services.
