Central quiet asphalt area, no grey-water

In the center of this village, yet still quiet. The camper pitches are neat and the sanitary facilities very clean. We paid at the information office. If you ask for a key to the facilities, you have to pay a €20 deposit, but then you can use them after closing time.

Excellent and clean. You can fill up with water and empty the cassette, but not the gray water. Toilets and showers are nearby. The price is €15 plus €3 per person.

The site itself is excellent. The sanitary facilities are truly first-class. However, it is unacceptable that caravans with awnings are tolerated, and that this is allowed by the site manager. An absolute no-go. There are enough campsites for that. But apparently saving money matters more.

The pitch costs €10 per 24 hours plus €3 per person in tourist tax, which is very good. Anyone who cannot get along with Heiner, the site manager, should question themselves. It is very quiet, and everything you need can be reached on foot or by bicycle. Everyone is very kind, and someone can be reached at any time. The toilets are very clean and, if you borrow the key, always accessible. Borrowing a key is not complicated. We would return anytime.

We were there on June 20, 2025, and got a place on the meadow, which can only be used temporarily. The site manager and the ladies at the tourist information office are very kind and helpful. The sanitary facilities are new and very clean. There is also plenty to see nearby, such as the pet park, which can be visited free of charge with the guest card. We would gladly return.

The sanitary facilities are amazing—so clean and beautiful that I have never seen anything like them at a motorhome site. The description says everything costs €1, but electricity and showers are only 50 cents. We will definitely return. Thank you to the municipality.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is the best motorhome site I have ever stayed at, with everything one could wish for.

The site is centrally located and somewhat maze-like. We did not use the toilet facilities because borrowing the key is a little too complicated regarding pickup and return times. The site manager's rustic humor is certainly not for everyone; in my opinion, crude comments toward guests are unacceptable. It may not bother some people, but I found it uncomfortable and inappropriate.

We stayed on the meadow without electricity. We registered with Heiner, the friendly site manager, and had a lovely time here. We will return.

The sanitary area is spotlessly clean and accessible for disabled guests, although the path there is gravel. Waste disposal and water are easily accessible. Werdum itself is very quiet in the low season, and many places are still closed. Otherwise, it is very nice.

Wonderful location in the middle of the village, very quiet, and we felt very comfortable here. We will certainly return when we are in the area. Lovely quiet spot in the middle of houses, right next to the tourist info, with shower and toilets that were left open all night. A lovely man came round in the evening to collect payment. No bother from any one and found a lovely walk along track for our dog. You walk through the houses at the back, past the church. Thank you for the community for this little spot.

Beautiful small town. Hiking and cycling trails. Suitable for walking dogs. It would be great if there were such funny and friendly site managers everywhere.

Very nice small motorhome site with services. The toilets and shower are open until 6 p.m.; afterward, you need a key against a €20 deposit. We sat on a large grassy strip in the sun. Thanks to the municipality for this site! Registration is at the tourist information office opposite, or after 6 p.m. with the friendly employee who comes by bicycle.

It was actually a fallback option, but it turned out to be fantastic. Heiner is incredible—the man alone is worth a visit. The sanitary facilities are new and excellent. The whole package is perfect. We would gladly return.
