Been here?
This is a very quiet, secluded and idyllic grassy area below the Notre-Dame de Poirin chapel, with shade and walking opportunities through rich woodland. Access is by a stony track, and several travellers found the route difficult or unsafe, especially in darkness. The wider platform is car-accessible via the path left at the large oak, while some visitors prefer to stop near the signs and walk to the chapel.

The place is only accessible via a rocky road. We arrived in the dark and did not feel comfortable, so we looked for another place.Translating
We stood briefly at the crossroads just before the indicated place. A very rocky little dirt road leads to a meadow that apparently serves as a car park for the chapel. That seemed too unsafe for us. In any case, this place is very quiet, secluded and idyllic. You can take a lovely walk through an interesting forest.Translating
Feel free to take the road on the left at the large oak where the chapel is signposted. The road is suitable for all vehicles and leads to a magnificent large grassy area in the shade, just below Notre-Dame de Poirin Chapel.Translating
There is a nice place to stop by the signposts. Further on, the road becomes too narrow to drive. The chapel is accessible on foot.Translating
Extremely quiet overnight location, but not easy to access. A beautiful lost chapel, definitely worth the detour.Translating
Peaceful and very pleasant! We stayed down below and enjoyed walks via the chapel. A very rich forest with beautiful oak trees!Translating
