17 Place Lenoncourt, 51100, Reims
Been here?
This free, well-lit parking area beside Basilica Saint-Remi is close to central Reims and has about 50 spaces. It suits small vans and medium-sized motorhomes, but larger vehicles may struggle because some parking is sloped. The area can fill in the morning, ease around 5pm, then fill again at 7pm. Passing cars and tyres on the cobbles create some noise. A clean, free, self-cleaning toilet is open from 6am to 11pm.

What a spot. We stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful view. Car park has about 50 spots. It does fill up in the morning. Eases about 5pm. then fills again at 7pm. We are in a small van but would fit medium sized campers too. Has a nice clean free toilet which self cleans. highly recommend
Free city parking, well located, with the expected noise of tires on the cobblestones, but we slept well.Translating
Not suitable for large vehicles; otherwise there is a coach parking area on site, but it is sloped, and it is next to a cobbled road, which causes noise. We did not sleep there and left.Translating
Peaceful spot for one night, the church bells are surprisingly quiet. We felt safe and there are some restaurants close by! Great spot in Reims. 20 min from center
A great motorhome site for one night, provided you do not need any services. It is well lit and, despite two well-attended Palm Sunday services, pleasantly quiet. I can recommend it! The cathedral is beautiful and worth a visit.Translating
Stayed one night for free; the only noise was from passing cars. Felt very safe and had no issues! Toilets open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. No height restriction.Translating
Car park, only suitable for very short motorhomes!Translating
Pleasant morning view facing the basilica. Free toilet, closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. The lights near the basilica are not switched off.Translating
We spent a very peaceful night in this car park. I looked for information about payment, but it is completely free. For people sensitive to noise, it could be a problem because cars and ambulances pass by, with some hospitals nearby, but for us it was incredible.Translating
It does the job for somewhere to stopover for free near the centre of Reims. Beautiful view of the cathedral. There is one public toilet but no water facilities so come prepared.
