39 Grimmelallee, 99734, Nordhausen
Been here?
A single motorhome pitch beside the bathhouse in Nordhausen, next to a busy road. The access is very narrow and winding, and the space is difficult for larger motorhomes. Water, electricity, and grey-water disposal are advertised on site, but recent information reports that registration and disposal were unavailable when the bathhouse was closed.

First of all: there is only one parking space! The access is indeed a little narrow, but even with our 7.77 m motorhome, we did not need to use the grass verge as others did. Complete package including a free voucher: - Services: water and electricity - Disposal: wastewater - Overnight stay: 24-hour parking - Voucher for 1.5 hours of swimming for one person Price: We did not find €15 too expensive. The road is clearly very noisy during the day, but it becomes much quieter after 8 p.m., and at night it was so quiet that we slept wonderfully. The staff at the pool are very friendly and helpful. You stand directly beside the Zorge stream, and from 28 November to 21 December 2025 there is a Christmas market about a 20-minute walk away.Translating
A place beside a busy road with a very narrow entrance. It was not possible to register at the pool because it was closed. Disposal was also closed. The value for money is incomprehensible to us. We drove on.Translating
The facility is the worst I have seen so far. The planner must be a van fan. It is narrow, winding, and too small and short for motorhomes. And to charge money for it as well is outrageous. Not for me.Translating
The pool staff are very nice and helpful. But €10 for parking plus €6 for electricity and water is steep.Translating
An honest opinion is requested. Six euros to empty the cassette is quite something. Unfortunately, the access is far too narrow for motorhomes; without using the grass verge, it is impossible to get in.Translating
To everyone complaining: when your cassette is full and you are desperate, €3 is not too much for the service. I would not stay overnight here either, but for filling and emptying it is fine.Translating
Next to a busy road in the centre of Nordhausen so it might not suit everyone. There is also very little space, however it does offer grey water disposal.
Narrow and on a busy road. And you have to pay for that?Translating
The last thing… We wanted to empty the tanks here; it could hardly be more complicated. Difficult to access, and then someone from the pool had to come out to unlock the disposal. Seriously?Translating
I cannot entirely understand the bad reviews. Yes, it is rather inconveniently laid out, but the price-performance ratio is good. €10 for a motorhome, electricity and water is not too much. On top of that, one person gets free admission to the small but excellent pool. Public transport is very close. We found the pool staff exceptionally helpful.Translating
This place is a joke; it is only a disposal point. A van was parked there, so even that was unusable. It can safely be removed from the database.Translating
A small, excellent place for one night. Important: pay at the bathhouse; the authorities check even late in the evening. Fees: €5 parking + €3 electricity and €2 for water disposal. Located directly in the centre. P.S. The bathhouse is open until 10 p.m.; the Nordhausen Distillery Museum is 300 m away.Translating
We only stopped briefly for dinner. After finding admission to the bathhouse too expensive just for a shower, we left again. The place is quite short and sloping. It was unclear exactly what was included in each price. The road and tram run in front, and a wide stream rushes behind. Access with a 6.20 m vehicle was no problem, but only because nobody else was there. We moved to the enclosure 700 m away.Translating
